Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is very good. We do not have exams. We have to submit our works in front of a jury and we have to explain our work and they will ask questions and they will mark us according to our presentation and work

Placement Experience

Its not that good. We have to work on our own and create a good portfolio inorder to plan for a good career in this field. The ideologies of the college are little outdated and with that we won?t be reaching a good level.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees is expensive. The fees gets increased every year by 10% and the quality of teaching and education provided is going down day by day. It?s around 225000 for a year. And other expenses are also really high

Campus Life

Male female ration is 20-80. Extra curricular activities are maintained pretty well. Inter college and intracollege fest take place every year where in the faculties support the students to take part and give their best. Each and every festival is celebrated in the college

Hostel Facilities

Yes, girls hostel is very good doesn?t feels like a college hostel all the facilities are provided with 100% security. The rooms are very well organised the staff is very kind and the washrooms and water facility is very good

Admission

The B.Des. courses have 6 specializations in total. The 10+2 qualified students are eligible for applying to the UG courses. Admission to all the courses were based on marks obtained by the students in GAT and CAT followed by counseling sessions.

Faculty

The faculty of the college is easy to approach and friendly and mostly they are very young which makes it easy for the students to convey their thoughts and ideas as they are updated with the recent trends rest faculties are friendly and try to connect with students

Placement Experience:

No doubt the nursing students will 100% get the placements in the worlds best hospitals like: Max Hospital, Alchemist, Paras Hospital and many more. After the completion of 4 yrs bsc nursing, the students are eligible for getting the placements. Till now 98% students have got the placements... some has gone abroad. Overview of NIT HAMIRPUR

Placement Experience:

The placements are really good especially for computer science and electronics. This year only one of our senior got a 1.2 crore package he was of computer science branch. Rest of the branches also have a decent package 11 lpa being the average of all branches combined and also chemical branch has a 100 percent placement rate.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose CSE because we had Java as a programming subject from the 5th standard in our school. Also, I had an interest in programming languages so it was really good to choose CSE as my course here. Faculty:- The faculty is pretty good all the teachers explain everything clearly. We have theory classes and practical classes. Our class consisted of 43 students. All the teachers are helpful and they can guide you clearly on everything. Qualification of faculty:- All the teachers are well educated and most CSE teachers have excellent coding skills. The teaching method is quite good as sometimes the teacher teaches with the help of a projector which makes it quite easy to understand and develop programming skills. Exams:-- As I belong to CSE the exams were quite easy to pass if you study well. You need a minimum of 40 marks to pass the exams and everyone can score that if you study nicely, otherwise you will get detained and then you will have to wait for one year to come back to the same semester.

Remarks:

Management is very centralised, and least bothered for the overall development. Though major steps have been taken for students involvement, still there is a long way to go, when management starts focusing on the overall development process.

So the admission process includes 2 exams and 1 exam will have 2 part first one will include drawing band thinking skill and the second one will include reasoning, English, maths, and general knowledge and after few days results are announced and according to it u will able to to give situation exams if u haven't score marks about the merit cut of u will not be selected for the situation exam and situation exam is basically about creating 3 d things you will we provide some of the necessary things to create ba model and you have use max of items in an effective way.
