Course Curriculum Overview

The maximum examination marks is 100, and it consists of internal examination as well. The course curriculum includes Origin of the English Language, Morphology, English Syntax, Fiction, Maulana Azad Studies and others.

Placement Experience

There are innumerable career options after the end of the degree. Few of them include teaching, editing, marketing, and others. The university has a placement cell which works on providing internships as well as job opportunities to the students.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The total fee of one year is Rs. 3,800. The fee structure is extremely feasible, and hence is easily affordable for the students. But, the university also has scholarship as well as loan provisions for the students.

Campus Life

The department organizes various conferences and workshops for the students to participate. Other than that, they arrange for events such as Azad Day Celebrations, Independence Day Celebrations, Annual functions and others.

Admission

The course intake of students is 50. The college selects the students on the basis of their B.A. marks. Hence, all you need to do is apply online with your undergraduate qualifying marks. The college would upload a merit list after proper evaluation.

Faculty

Prof. Syed Mohammed Haseebuddin Quadri is the Head of the Department of English. He is highly qualified and specializes in English Phonetics, English Language Teaching and Research Methodology. All the other faculty members are equally qualified as well as highly supportive towards the students.

Placement Experience:

The students brag the placements starting from 2nd year, the internships are done from the 1st year of engineering. Many companies visit the campus like ALSTOM, Accenture, Amazon, Capgemini, Cognizant, Infosys, Synopsis, Qualcom, VISA, HSBC and many. The highest package is 55 LPA from Google. 70-80% of the students get placed. I got a job and i wish to perfom well in the job as of now.

Generally in our college the training for placement starts from first year itself .they conduct multiple assignment exams which test our intelligence and make us to solve real life problems.We are eligible for placement in the 3rd year itself .The companys are Tata ,delloite, Microsoft, wipro ,google ,cisco ,oracle etc are some of the famous companies that visit our college.Highet package in our college in this year is 54.5 lakhs and offerd by a oracle . percentage of students getting placement are around 70 .My plans after degree is to work for a MNC and get good salary and get a good wife

Life in RGUKT Basar

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible to attend for campus placements from 6th semester. Campus placements are pretty average around 5 lakhs. If the student fails to place in campus placements they need to try off-campus placements. The highest package here a student has achieved is 64 lakhs, he got placed in amazon in an off-campus placement. The companies which offer campus placements are average. The percentage of students getting placements is around 25 percent. I plan to try both on-campus and off-campus placements after getting my degree.

I got admission into the B.Tech(Lateral Entry) which was totally on merit base at that time, But now the process has changed.
