Anmol's Review On Monad University, Hapur

As a budding entrepreneur, I wanted to develop deep knowledge about the management, possess good oratory skills and have a personality development. The course helped me in enhancing my communication skills, the classes were interactive and the industrial visits made our classes more interactive. There is no entrance exam, the university takes direct admission (I scored 90% in my 12th standard) It is more likely for a candidate with a higher percentage to get a call earlier than a candidate with a comparatively lower percentage.

I'll be honest but the chances of good internships are quite low so if you want to intern in a prestigious organisation, my advice is to check internships on the website of the company you're thinking about interning in. I was placed in a start-up ""We4U"" in my first year by the college, I was paid 6000 rs for 3 months. The placement cell of the college is good. Many companies will come offering 3-6 Lakhs per annum. I took a job in Oyo as I was offered the PPO after my internship, I applied directly by giving a walk-in interview and a test. It was an off-campus placement therefore, one should always keep his options open.

My fees structure was somewhat like- 1st year- 14,800 INR 2nd Year- 14,600 INR 3rd Year- 14,600 INR I find the fees quite affordable as compared to other universities. I completed my graduation in less than 50,000 INR and got placed at a good company.

Honestly, I loved the campus due to the greenery around it, the huge auditorium rooms where the guest lectures took place, the practical room and the sports ground. My batch-mates were from different part of the country and were very friendly. The college had a strict policy for ragging, candidates caught or suspected were directly evicted from the college.

I filled an online application form and transferred an amount of 6000 INR through NEFT to the account provided by the official website. There is an option for offline application as well where one can get the application form for 6000 rs, fill the form and submit it in the college. The admission is direct, I got a call from the university after submitting the application form and proceeded with the enrollment.

The faculty is friendly, our HOD arranged a lot of guest lectures on our requests. We also had 2 industrial visits every week which shows how practical knowledge matters more than the knowledge confined in the book. The professors are usually very understanding and provide little or no assignment (That's what I loved the most about my college). :P
