Course Curriculum Overview
JVBI provides an MA course in five specializations at the postgraduate level. Various specialty are, Jainology, Yoga & Science of Living, Political Science, Comparative Religion & Philosophy, Hindi, and English. I opted for English as a specialization. There are four semesters in this program.
Placement Experience
The placement cell of my college takes care of all the aspects. They make sure that the best companies comes to our college and the maximum students get placed. They help us prepare for the interviews. They also give us a form to fill for various companies coming to our college.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee for the first year is just ?5,500, and the grand total for both the years is ?11,000. I think that this amount can be easily paid by any student. I paid a fee for the first year through cheque. No extra charge was taken.
Campus Life
The cocurricular activities in the college are held from time to time. Annual fest is celebrated in the college with specific events like skit, singing, dancing. We were also allowed to participate in inter-college competitions.
Admission
Admissions to MA courses are given based on merit in undergraduate exams. Admission in the JVBI is available offline to the eligible candidates. I filled the application which was available at the reception desk, and paid the required amount.
Faculty
The faculty in our college is extraordinarily knowledgable. They teach the subject from every aspect and take care of even small details. They take care, we learn, and grow well. They are very caring towards us.
