Hey! While talking about my college ,this is one of the all rounder college in ludhiana and one of the best and safest college among other colleges . The faculty is very supportive and friendly.The quiz , extempore, games, art making, photography and many other inter college and national or international events and activities boost girls confidence. The principal mam is so inspiring and always motivate students.The college provide unlimited opportunity in every field and even the students who are aspire to go in defence forces can join NCC and NSS here. Personally , i explore full in the college and i can proudly said that i am graduated from Khalsa College. Visit the college once and you guys will fall love with the friendly and competitive environment here . Some of the improvement should be needed in infrastructure and stress should be taken on smart classes rest everything is just perfect. For admission process you can follow insta kcwofficialdh

The college is famous for placements in IT field so that's the reason i opt for BCA here.The maximum seats are 80 for BCA course.Many of the teacher are UGC cleared and many had served in corporate field so they help us to relate things with corporate field and many more. Final Exams were conducted in the month of December and April Also college conduct MST for students for practice and different type of weekly class test also be taken for better practice .

Fee structure : For BCA student per semester fees is around 20000 which is very normal . The fee detail of other courses can be taken out from prospectus . Different types of scholarship are also their for needy students.

The very first event occur in college in fresher party and after 2 or 3 months the selection procedure for inter college competition is shortlisted. Annual fest occur in the end of semester and it's a really fun in that.Different types of science fest, maths fest and computer or tech fest is organised by different department of the college. Library is very good . You can find any book relevant to your subject easily in the library . Also there is different departmental librart also there from which students can issue books for whole semester. Sports include softball, baseball, cricket,chess, badminton, volleyball, shooting, athlete etc. Different type of social groups include NCC, NSS, RED CROSS , ROAD SAFETY, and many more

A perfect college to take admission for a good future

Likes

Interactions with lecturers from internation universities like- harvard and university of scotland
The mentors and faculties were supportive
They used to conduct placement assistance aswell.

Placement Experience:

We were offered placement assistance as it was an online program and i really think it is a good initiative because college are least bothered for placements for their online programs. As i had to pursue a career in marketing i started doing projects and internships in marketing and sales domain.

Time table is being followed which is very important for us.
In hostels, girls security is superb. Whenever we go home or local outing we must video call and take consent of our parents and after coming back to hostel than also we video call to our parents to ensure we have reached hostel back.
Webinars are held related to our courses to get to know more about are course in India and internationally also.

Dislikes

I think it will be good if we focus on what line we have to go in further rather studying about those subjects which are not much related to our main line of profession.
Sometimes, delays in processes like fee submission, exam schedules or results accouncements.
Outdated labs, libraries or technological facilities can hinder learning.

Placement Experience:

Students typically become eligible for campus placements from the 5th semester of their course. Over 170 companies participate in placement drives annually. Notable recruiters include Infosys, Wipro, Tech Mahindra and many more. Highest package is ?32.5 LPA , average package is ?4.5 LPA. Approximately 70%-80% of eligible students secure placement. My plans after getting the degree is probably opting for MCA or specialized certification to improve career prospects.

Environment is great. I had no problems in settling
The canteen is good and the food served their is delicious.
Faculty members take good care of students.

Dislikes

Their are too many students in one class.
The view is not quite good while sitting at back benches.
The projectors are not provided in every class.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in 3rd or 4th semester. Their are several companies visiting our campus for placements some of them are heml, Amazon, flipkart, etc. Average package is around 7 to 8 lacs. I plan to go abroad for further studies.

Lookout for other better colleges please

I applied to SJU, Bangalore earlier. I also gave interview for admission. But later I and my parents decided that I should do my UG in my city only.
