Remarks

life in SLS is considerably immeasurable and it feels like home in here. the atmosphere is very positive and you associate with different kinds of people on campus. if I have to summarize this experience till now it is very comforting.

Course Curriculum Overview

the curriculum for my course was designed in a way to groom us to respond to governance, administration, and human behavior. it gives you a good knowledge of the law as well as of humanities. the course emphasizes on assessments and practicals.

Placement Experience

it is established in 2019 so the first batch who will pass pot will be in 2024. the school promises good placement opportunities so we have to see what it has to offer in this field. other symbiosis schools have good placements cells.

Fee Structure And Facilities

the fee is a bit expensive. all the students cannot afford to study in SLS. for my course, total fees are 15.95 lakh. it can be paid in two installments. it includes tuition fee and other fees also. this is a very costly college.

Campus Life

they intend to create an atmosphere that is intellectually stimulating for students. cultural cells have been created they organize fests and other festivals. you can participate in events organized by various institutions.

Hostel Facilities

yes, they have hostel facilities for both male and female students. hostel rooms are equipped with modern age infrastructure like air-conditioned rooms, mess with good food. in case of seats in hostels are few PGs are easily available for students

Admission

to get admission in a five-year integrated course of B.A + L.L.M it is mandatory to appear in SLAT(symbiosis law admission test). you have to fill the form online upload the important document and pay the fee which is 1000/per program.

Faculty

All the teachers in our college are NET qualified and well educated. They are very helpful. They have a good knowledge of their subject. They all have experience of teaching and you can understand what they are trying to convey.

DY Patil college is best for placement and coding environment

Placement Experience:

The placement is good in Y Patil College. Many companies are come for hiring a student. Most of students are placed in fourth year from fourth year. The companies are started to come in campus and higher students. Also, in a third year, Student want to get internship in any companies from campus and from outside of the campus internship is compulsory in third year last semester The company are come in my college are Amazon Google infosys Microsoft WIpro and other companies hire students The highest package of last year of AI and DS department is a 42 lakh higher by Amazon is the highest package of the last year placement. Also, the average packages are six lakh. The percentage of getting Student place in companies are nearly 92%

The college is best for placement and club activity

Placement Experience:

In my branch, the placement is good In 2025, 150 students are placed in Wipro, infosys, Amazon and Google like companies the minimum package is seven lakh. Also in my branch one Student it is placed in Amazon with 47 lakh rupees package in college. They already prepare Student for interviews and aptitude test. The placement cell is conduct aptitude test with the Google for students for each semester in that they test our coding skills, English skills and attitude test from that they give us a detail information in which skills are lacking and on which skill we want to work

Course Curriculum Overview:

Strong academic legacy with expereinced faculties and balanced content- preparing you for future studies and entrance exams and olympiads. very much strict, i would say not needed. somehwere you may experience baised behaviour; but when you are focused on gaining knowledge then these things dont matter as its only a matter of three years. Relevance of course is there but for applying for further studies not for that much for job prospects, if you want atleast a decent salary job.

Companies that often visit campus for placement include ONGC, GAIL, IGL, IOCL, NRL, SAIL, Hindalco, Carin oil and gas, Reliance, Vedanta, Tata Power, Nyara, Tata projects and many more oil and gas industries, metal industries. The highest package: is 24 lpa ( given by ONGC) and the average package: is 13 lpa for Fire and safety profiles. Usually, all students get placed in the placement drive. I will do the job in the company I got placed in.

Placement Experience:

I have rarely seen companies coming to our college for placement purposes for our course but I have seen companies coming for BCOM and BCA. I don't know about my course as I am currently in my second year. The percentage of students getting placements are veryess as my friend from third year said that out of 150 students only 10 students got placed this year which is very less compared to other colleges. My plans after getting the degree is if I got a job in any of the it company I will do it for experience and side by side I am planning to pursue my education in MSC CS

College life at SLS, NAGPUR.

The entrance exam was quite easy, students were allowed to appear for both the examinations if they like and think that they could do better. After the entrance exam there is a WAT around where a student requires to write an essay on a particular topic given. After qualifying both the rounds, the student is asked to give personal interview where the questions are basically based on the documents you've submitted and the course which you took in 11th and 12th and also why you're choosing that particular degree.
