Course Curriculum Overview

According to me the curriculum is very good which is given by nchmct our exam pattern is very easy we have one internal and one external in a semester is of 6 months usually there are surprise class test in a month

Our college is famous for tourism and hospitality. Our batch and our seniors got good placements and internships. Students got placements in many companies like Thomas Cook, SOTC, Cox & Kings, EBIX Travels, Rainbow Travels, and 5-star property hotels, and corporate events companies, etc. The job roles offered were sales and operations. We had a separate placements coordinator.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Since our college is Government College the fee here is very less the fee is taken according to the amount decided by the nchmct for all IHM scholarship is also given to bright students college also help the needy student to get education loan

Campus Life

Our college provides a good infrastructure. The campus is spread over 26 acres. There are Wi-Fi enabled labs. Seminar hall is air-conditioned. The canteen is average. The food served in the mess is awesome. Different types of food will be offered there. There are separate blocks for boys and girls. Tollywood movie scenes are shot here. Only 20MB Wi-Fi is available per day.

Admission

fast I have to fill the form for Dr YSR National Institute of Tourism and Hospitality Management - [NITHM] then I have to give the test for it and after that, I will I get my rank then I have to sit for the counseling sessions I have 3 counseling after that I have been given this college and I come and join this college

Faculty

Faculty members in our college are good. All are from the hospitality and travel industry. They are very friendly, and they help us in all matters. They all are available at all time. They will help regarding placements. They provide practical knowledge.

Absolutely unsatisfied because of faculty and lack of placements.

Placement Experience:

Right Iam in 7 th semester ending,no company came to our college to recruit us.May be in 8 th sem companies will come.My seniors got in some companies like TCS, Infosys,Capgemini etc..with an average of 3.6 lpa.And all students did not get placed just 10 students in each class got placement.We need more placements to satisfy the students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum of the biotechnology course includes all the relevant topics needed to gain information about the subject. The curriculum also includes currently developing topics of interest which may gain popularity in the future (like bioinformatics). It thoroughly prepares us for real world applications as we gain exposure to various fields of interest in the subject and get a hands-on training in the subject. Ab area i would like to suggest for improvement is to alot equal no. Of periods to different papers in the subject as each topic has its own value in the academic and career purpose. The internals are conducted every month within a duration of 1 hour for each paper. there are currently 4 internals for our batch, each of 10 marks. The externals or the end semester exams are conducted at the end of the semester approx 6 months, which are of 50 marks. 10 marks is alloted for attendance, bringing the total to 1000.

Progressive- NITHM

Student of any passout degree from any field is eligible for this college and degree. Also, I had above 50% in 12th std. Anyone can find bout this college details and admission dates on their official website www.nithm.ac.in. They also have their pages on Facebook and Instagram. They took a small test and then sent me for the interview. The test was normal to hard for me. They had asked questions regarding English, maths, logic, GK, current affairs, and aptitude, mostly mcqs. Out of 200, the cut-off was 140. Here's how I was selected.
