Course Curriculum Overview

The course is updated and as per University standards. My course was a mix of theory and practical which enabled us to have a more practical approach towards our studies and helped us have more researched-centric studies.

Placement Experience

2.5

There is no placement cell and hence we were provided with the degree with no hope of the job which I think is alright as now a days, jobs after graduation is almost next to impossible but we studied in a college comparatively lowest fee possible.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Since it is a government funded college, the fee is nominal. My graduation degree was completed in less than 10,000 rupees for all 3-years which I think is a steel deal. Also, the quality of education is good with highly professional and talented faculty.

Campus Life

There is a common room facility that has board games, a sports room, a gym. Well-spacious classrooms and labs with all the recent and advanced equipment. The seniors during my time were also very helpful and friendly.

Admission

The registration is online after submitting form along with the required documents. The selection criteria is merit based which is something great as we do not have to prepare for separate entrance exams.

Faculty

4.5

The faculty was well informed and with high intellect. They solved our doubts and helped us have a more approachable view of Chemistry as the subject. Long hours spent in the labs helped us be more specific in our studies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum needs to focus on what you can do with information rather than the information itself. I wouldn’t eliminate content, without background we cannot form good, rational, and educated conclusions. We are still giving timed tests in math facts! I know that’s traditional, but it just isn’t as important. My era had no calculators and we needed to be proficient at paper and pencil solutions, but now, perfect calculations are available to everyone. We should focus on what kinds of problems can be solved with mathematics. Spelling is equally less important. Vocabulary should be stressed. My sister years ago was taking a test for a personal assistant position where she was asked to type a large number of words per minute error free.

Nothing influenced me yet i just have to go for it because of my graduation . Yes they prepare you good enogh for the rat race you are gonna do in coming future . The curriculam is a joke they will put information today and you have to get today only . I would suggest some of the rules and regulations should be maintained by the staffs and students even with teachers. Exams should in such manner no student can atleast face problems regarding admit cards and can cheat . there is no difficulty in in mid one but final one .

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the B.Com curriculum at LNMU around 7.5/10 for relevance and coverage. I chose this course because it included all the important commerce subjects needed for government exams, higher studies like MBA, and basic professional courses. The syllabus builds a good theoretical foundation, but it lacks practical exposure like Tally, GST or real industry projects. Teaching methods are simple and could be improved with more modern, interactive approaches. Exams are held twice a year and follow predictable patterns, so the difficulty level is moderate. With notes and regular study, most students clear them easily.
