Course Curriculum Overview

The course trained the students in pattern making, sewing techniques and professional draping. A student became master in CAD and taught to take a design from concept to finished garment. Also, the students study basic concepts of jewellery art forms, flat pattern drafting, draping, interior lay-outing skills, computerized pattern making technology, colour schemes and many more.

Placement Experience

Job placements are good at my college. the college provide an opportunity to become Fashion Lecturer, Fashion Designers, Fashion Stylist, Fashion Technologist, Fashion Communicators, Fashion Photography, Fashion Illustrators, Fashion Co-ordinators, Fashion Choreographer and Visual Merchandisers. A candidate can choose his type of opportunity.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees structure of my course was INR 99000. which is very feasible as compared to the facility provided by the college. this was my dream course so I was prepared for the fees, also the environment and the technology is very impressive. that's why the fees were feasible.

Campus Life

The college mostly focuses on an industrial visit so that students clear their doubts on customer's hands and management strategies. Our college has labs like Interior Design Labs, Fashion Design Labs and Computer Labs. the college has a foyer area where all the seminars and guest lecture takes place. The college provides hostel to the students with facilities like T.V., magazines, some indoor and outdoor games. The rooms are well furnished and high internet facility is available there.

Admission

I got admission after completing my 10+2 from Pune university. I called the admission number of the college which is provided on the college website. then they asked me to send my qualification Photocopies by courier with a DD. I did the same and they confirmed my admission.

Faculty

My institute has 13 teachers. who are very creative and intelligent in their work. mostly they focus on giving practical knowledge. They all are very experienced and the way they taught is a superb way. I am so lucky to have teachers like them, which helped to make my future bright.

The hostel mess food lacks variety and quality, which is a frequent concern among resident students.

There is a lack of student-accessible Wi-Fi facilities across the campus premises, which makes online research difficult during college hours.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose the BMS (Bachelor of Management Studies) course primarily due to its highly comprehensive coverage of core business aspects specially human resources. The curriculum is well-structured to offer a deep understanding of corporate administration and strategic management, which strongly influenced my decision to enroll. Regarding the examination structure, semester exams are conducted systematically every six months, with internal assessments, assignments, and class presentations spread across the term. The timing is generally manageable, and the difficulty level ranges from moderate to high, effectively testing a student's analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities rather than just memory recall.

teachers are helpful and you can ask them your doubts without any problem. most of them are quite supportive
there are technical events, sports and cultural programs during the year, so college is not only about studies
i liked the practical sessions and labs because we actually got to work on things instead of only learning the thoery

Dislikes

Placements opportunities could be better and i feel the college can bring more companies for students
Sometimes the academics workload can fell a bit much, espically when assignments, practicals and exams come around together
Using mobile in the collge is strictly not allowed and if used our mobile is taken and given after 6 to 7 days .

Placement Experience:

Placements at VES Polyetchnic are decent for a diploma college. students generally become eligible for placements in the final year.Pacages depend on the company and branch, with some offer going above 4 LPA. the placement cell also helps with interviews and internships. after diploma, many students also choose to continue with higher studies

Likes

The campus of the college is vast with a natural environment
Many facilities like library, sophisticated labs, and classrooms are provided by the college
The Teachers cover each and every point of the syllabus and guide the students.

Dislikes

The syllabus is a little bit outdated, that is some points in the syllabus may seems boring and not applicable in the real world.
The Teachers should use the right techniques for teaching which makes the students more engaging in the class.
The menu of the canteen must contain some health option in a budget friendly way.

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is decent in the college as compare to other colleges of the city . many companies visited the college every year to hire the skillful engineers from the college and offer them a good amount of package. The option of the offcampus palcement is also there for the students of the other colleges.

KES Law College - a step towards your legal journey

Likes

Faculty is good. The teachings staff is approachable any time you want. They are well educated and most of them hold doctrate degrees.
The college has a canteen which offers good food at very nominal price
The campus is aur conditioned and every classroom is well designed to accommodate a batch of 80 students at once.

Dislikes

The non teaching staff or the visiting faculty is not approachable by the students.
The college doesn't have a uniform, which most law colleges have to maintain the ethics.
The timings of the college are very early. The lectures start at 7 am in the morning and 75% Attendance is compulsory which is extremely difficult for students in a professional degree to manage with internships.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum specially the first two years focuses more on subjects like history, political science etc and prepares are foundation for law. The curriculum is well inclusive of the practical aspects of law as well as the theory which prepares you well for the real world applications. The course can be improved via adding the amended laws like add in GST to the taxation laws. The internal as well as semester exams are conducted once every semester. The difficulty level is easy to moderate for both. We get a study leave of around 20-25 days before every semester exam to prepares ourselves well.

College campus, it is big, not much conjusted, good nature friendly
Freedom upto some level, no uniforms, no ID compulsion unless it is an exam
Events,every now and then there are events in college, cultural club is also too good here👍

Dislikes

Faculty is not much well qualified or well trained I would say
Hectic curriculum, boring schedules and quite unlivable
Labs and classrooms are too old, infrastructure is very old

Placement Experience:

Yes there is placement cell of STES which is no different than other tier 3 engineering colleges offering a tier 3 average package depending on who is the recruiter. Students become eligible for campus from 3rd year of their degree. Highest package is something around 55 lakhs offered to a computer engineering student,and average is just like I said for a tier 3 college 5-6 lakhs(above or below). Almost everyone gets placed in the company but some might not.

Dislikes

Canteen is good but they must increase their staff.
Class should be sound proof.noice from outside disturbs.
Stationary staff should be increased and price should be decreased.

Placement Experience:

From sem 7 students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Accenture,Wipro, Microsoft, HyperVerge have visited college. In 2020 highest package was 30 lac per annum by Amazon. Last year only 40% students got the placement. I am planning for competitive exams after degree.

Faculty of College Is good. All Faculty of College is Well worsed.
Library of the College is Very Good. Having plenty of books. Each Volumes and edition are available to the library.
The Moot Court hall is well equipped. Having all the facilities and modern techniques as well.

Dislikes

The Infrastructure of boys Hostel Should be improved
There is no canteen in college. College can try to open canteen
Parking for Bikes should be improve. College having ample of space for car parking

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chooses this curriculum as I am intrested to do law. Many of students and other peoples praises the college as "Best College of Law" in Marathwada region. To be honest. Really it is best college. Which gives us best curriculum during our academic year. The curriculum of college teaches me how to become a good lawyer. The arguing skills etc. There should be no suggestions from my side just to imrove the course curriculum as it is overall good. The timings and scheduled are fixed by college and university. Generally the exam is in two shifts 10:00 to 1.00 and 2.00 to 5.00pm.

Remarks:

Laxminarayan Institute of Technology is a reputed institute, when it comes to the field of Chemical Engineering. The placement at LIT for M.Tech students is also decent. In my batch, 50% of the students were placed on Campus, which is better than many NITs for Chemical Engineers doing M.Tech. The admission fees of 27,000 per year is also less in comparison with other institutes. The Teachers at LIT are also vastly experienced. Also the Institute was in my hometown, which made my decision even more easier.
