Course Curriculum Overview
The course was updated as per University standards. We learnt about the literature, writing techniques of many contemporary authors. There are mid term exams as well as external exams that we were required to pass separately.
Placement Experience
For the placement, we did not get many opportunities but the staff would let us know about the openings. Many of my fellow batch mates did their Masters in english or journalism while others landed in jobs through references.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is so low that anyone could easily afford it. I had to pay only 2,400 per year which could not get any more low and it was all worth the exposure, facilities and infrastructure that I got there.
Campus Life
There were many competitions inter department throughout thee year in which many students used to take active participation. There were other events like freshers party, annual fest, diwali fair and annual sports meet.
Admission
I filled out the online application form the details about which are given on the official site of the University. The cut off is released within 20-25 days on the stipulated date as mentioned on the website and after being eligible, we were required to visit the campus for documentation and counselling.
Faculty
The faculty both teaching and non-teaching staff are highly qualified and hold doctoral or M.Phil degrees. They teach us enthusiastically, made classrooms interactive, gave us assignments and took assessments at regular intervals.
