Course Curriculum Overview

The course is exhaustively prepared keeping in mind the research, practical and theoretical point of view. Chemistry Hons. involve a lot of lab work and experiments but with with proper guidance, we learnt a lot.

Placement Experience

Placements at my time were decent with many companies coming in to place the students from across various disciplines but for my course, getting a job right after graduation is difficult so most of us went on for Masters.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee is as low as 2,100 per semester during my stay in the college which is 2014-16 and its somewhere in the same range even now, it does not include admission charges and cautionary money though. There are a number of facilities available in the college and accordingly, I think the fee structure is pretty feasible.

Campus Life

There are ample of opportunities besides the quality education like gym facility, cafeteria, large and spacious labs and all which I love. The IT infrastructure is very well developed and the students life after the long hours of classrooms is pretty well.

Admission

The university accepts online as well as offline application forms from the students. In my case, I filled the offline form which I got while visiting the university campus. It was a simple process and after making my way through merit list, I went their again to submit my documents.

Faculty

The faculty were ambitious to teach with most of them having their Ph.D and published research papers. They helped us in the lab and did not bore us during lectures with monotonous teachings, they made sure we were actually learning in the classroom.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placements from the 3rd year. The placement of the college is decent. The average package for tech branches stands at 4-5 LPA. Most of the offers are made from mass recruiters like TCS, cognizant, etc. However, product-based companies also visit the campus but very few students get short-listed for them. The highest package for the 2025 batch was around 22 lakhs from JP morgan in which 2 students got placed. Microsoft also offered a package of 18 LPA. The placement percentage is around 50-60%. If you maintain 8+ CGPA and have the fundamentals clear then you can definitely secure a decent package from this college. The placement department of the college is supportive.

Actually we do internship in apex hospital and we have 100% placement. We have 100% placement here every year students get job in apex hospital and also in other places. But so such companies or anything come for placement. Average package is 5 lakhs per annum. After getting degree I will prepare for Norcet exam .
