Remarks
This was the best school as per my view as my curriculum stream as the learning part is excellent here as, after graduation, the students mostly got a good job. Also, the college provided modern technology and a reading room for the students.
Course Curriculum Overview
We have to attend several lectures where the most part was learning how to make several dishes. I and the students with me in the batch were given a demonstration and afterward, we have to do the same. Here, exams were interesting as we have to describe the procedure for making a dish written in a pamphlet, and that circular was only given by the examiner.
Placement Experience
The students who were about to give their final exams of graduation got job offers from Accor Hotels, The LEELA, Marriott International with an above-average salary package. Also, there were some good chances from the institute to enroll for an internship.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees were too high considering the academics and other services as I have to pay 13.5 lakh for one year and six months diploma course. Also, the duration provided by the school was way too less for arranging such a huge amount.
Campus Life
Some extra-curricular activities were included in the curriculum itself like weekend parties as freshers party or the youth parties. Also, the luxury was felt by me and the rest of the students as there was an expert lecture in a large classroom and also sometimes in the seminar hall. Here, there were students from almost every state, and unity was quite low.
Hostel Facilities
There were separate hostel buildings for males and females and with all the required arrangements to live appropriately was available. The hostel buildings had a good mess, clean rooms with attached washrooms, and the fees were quite high as students paid 1.5 lakhs.
Admission
As I had a keen passion for culinary arts I took admission in culinary arts after I got to pass out from the higher secondary section. The admission was based on the interview and GD while the merit requirement was quite average but to get admission, every student has to prove the passion and fill out the form for admission at the online platform of college.
Faculty
As all said, we had the best chefs as our faculty to give us extensive practical training and exclusive theoretical ones. Also, they told us to prepare and try to make new dishes from the curriculum as the faculty though that it was the best way to make a student renowned aspirants.
