Course Curriculum Overview
The minimum course duration is 12 months which can even be extended to two years.The program structure envisages the students with the whole the regulatory concept to help students imbibe the necessary knowledge about global regulatory authorities .It makes us a specialized person in this field to independently deal with the aspects of the food industry.
Placement Experience
The placement cell of our college invites many top recruiting firms to select students for the top positions like quality assurance reviews , quality managers , food regulatory consultants , a position in new development team and many more.The companies test the students on interview skills, resume writing etc. Internships programmes are also offered by our college with the average stipend of 8000 per month.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees for my course is around 20000 for distant education. You can pay the programme fees online also . These charges are excluding the mess & hostel charges.You need to deposit an examination fees of 450 per module as per the examination guidelines of the college.
Campus Life
The labs of the college are digitized . Workshops such as Food licensing & regulation , Food industry IPR , Import & Export regulations are organised by our college student council.Sports events such as football , basket , table tennis and many other outdoor games to narrow the regional differences between the students.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel rooms are quite big and spacious . The mess food is also quite good. We have four canteens in our college . Classrooms are also well maintained . We have an auditorium which has a seating capacity of 150 students at one time.
Admission
You need to be graduate in science stream. The students whose results are awaited are also eligible to apply to this course.The dates for registration process is done by the institute on its site.Fill the necessary details in the form including your educational qualification . Wait for the merit list to be released by the college . On your rank you would be granted admission in the said course.
Faculty
All the teachers of the college are professional and well trained . Most of the teachers in our college has a teaching experience of 15+ years . They explain us the food concepts through ppts and practical modules so that the students get a hold of the subject easily.We are also given case studies to complete and the teachers are strict about maintaining the decorum of the class.
