This university gives specialised training to the students. Also, faculty here are very much knowledgable and are mostly doctors in a university hospital. All the latest equipment is available at the university. Placements are also good. So, this university has everything.
Course Curriculum Overview
As there are only fellowship or diploma courses which are based on the medical field. So the course structure is based on advanced medical domain. Exams in this college are held annually. Also, there are midterm exams which are mostly in every university.
Placement Experience
The placement is normally at my university. Generally, students get placed in the university eye hospital. The branches of this hospital are everywhere in the country. The internship is also provided by the university. In this internship students also get some stipend.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees here are high. It is obvious that it is a medical college and generally medical colleges have high fees structure. I am paying about Rs. 2 lakh for my entire course which is very much. Other courses like an advance diploma have a high amount of fees.
Campus Life
There are fewer sports and extracurricular activities as this is a hospital. All the works are related to the medical field. Workshops are organised by the university but that is also based upon medicinal work.
Admission
Only one course is offered by this university. So, the admission process is easy. The eligibility criteria for this course is a merit basis. I have given an entrance test, the university sees the rank of the student to give admission in this college. I have also shown my Bachelor's degree. Because without this degree I cannot get admission in this college.
Faculty
All the faculty in my college are specialized doctors. They have enough experience in the medical field to teach us. Some of the teachers are technicians and ophthalmologists who have knowledge of medical equipment. So, it is very easy for a student to learn.
