Eye Foundation, Coimbatore follows strict guidelines of MCI, Govt of India in designing its course.All courses are designed at per industry standards. The institute conducts examinations at the end of each year of a course with frequent mock tests conducted to access students performance.

Placement Experience

Within a short span of its establishment, the institute has earned high recognition due to its academic excellence and excellent patient service. Thus bagging a good job is not a big concern for students studying in this institute coupled with excellent stipend facility

Fee Structure And Facilities

Eye Foundation, Coimbatore charges 3-4 lakhs for advanced level diploma in nursing which is a bit expensive.But the institute offers loan facility to its students at affordable rates to cope with expensive course fee.Besides the institute has scholarship scheme for needy students

Candidates are selected in Eye Foundation, Coimbatore through a centralized exam & counselling conducted by the National Board of Examinations, New Delhi.Since I had cleared NEET-PG with a good score and thus I easily reserved a berth with Post Diploma in Ophthalmology

Course Curriculum Overview:

APJ Abdul kalam study physics and i love electronics,astro physics and nuclear physics so his influence and my passion makes to me enroll this course.they trained us good give some placement training as well.practical method of teaching and smart class required.they give lots of study leave and 2 months revision to us they are very good in exam timings question paper reading time and omr sheet has seprate time totally 3hrs for 75 marks exams they organize exams very well there is no mal practice in exam hall if they found cancell all the papers in semester exams

Good college

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculums are good (it depends on depts) and they are updated and new electives/ cbcs are added thus updating curriculum and there are subject with heavy lab which don't have end sem instead lab and only internal which is not what other colleges have. they also have open book test for subjcts like programming languge so students can focus on learning the language instaed of memorizing. however as we are batch of a new regulation we are not aware of kind of questions that would come. however forthcoming batches won't be having this issue. unlike other collges only 2 internal exams and 1 semester is conducted. both the internal is given equal weightage ( having unit 1&2 and 3&4 for each exams) and retest is also conducted for internal however even if one exam not written they need to write all 4 unit incase of health issues etc. 50% internal and 50% external. so if having good internal can easlity score well in total. However if one fails to secure internal then passing the subject becomes very hard. Core subjects however prepares well for real-world. however i feel curriculums should be slightly revised so that students learn everyhting systematically instead of memorizing. Good internships

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester, if you have required skill sets you can go for internships and placements. There are more than 600 companies that include Tata, Mahindra, Google, Deloitte and many more. Highest package was of 1.2 crores and average package is 8 -9 lakhs. I don't have the exact statistical data but yaa more than 70% students get placed. I am looking for a high pay job after getting the degree
