Entrance Preview

I took UPTU. I opted for this college since I was aware that placement from CS branch is good in this colege. My relative did graduation from here itself. Hence, I came to know about it.

Course Curriculum Overview

Same as UPTU. No change Being a UPTU colg it has to follow those curriculum. No extra course can be added as clearly specified by UPTU. So, nothing can be commented for the course curriculum.

Internships Opportunities

Internship we have to do from other companies. No provision as such is in college In UPTU colleges, we have to do internship from else where. So it's preety much not the colg responsibility for the internships.

Placement Experience

You an say it's good. It's upto you wether u crack the aptitudetest, Personal interview, technical round or not. But companies do come.

College Events

A lot of events being it spandan- colg cultural fest, or sports fest and various celebrations for different occations. The colg is ready to support all.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college offers scholarships to the ones whose parents annual income is 1 lakh. Also for students achieving 75%, 1500 is given for books. I Think that pretty much it.

Exam Structure

Matches with the UPTU pattern. Since it comes under UPTU. Exams schedule were well planned in advances and its not too hectic.

Faculty are very supportive and helpful. Always ready to help. Classes are held regularly and effectively. Even extra classes can be arranged if student wants.

The placements here are quite good. Companies that hire for Electrical core: Nvidia, Texas Instruments, Qualcomm, Bajaj etc. Software/Quant compaines open to Electrical: Squarepoint Capital, NK Securities, Google, Microsoft etc. The % of students getting placed are 85%. Average package is 29.33 lpa. I have got an internship in Nvidia Software.

HBTU review from a Ist year student.

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is very good in this college. In my own CSE branch there is good placement package you can get. But in this year due to recession the placements is less in IT section but still placement is going on and top package has crossed 35LPA. During previous years top package was around 44LPA and average was 10-12 LPA . Also in other branches like Chemical engineering and mechanical engineering, the placement is at its best of 100% always.
