My Medical degree with GCS Medical College!

GCS Medical College, Hospital & Research Centre is one of the best places to get your medical degree. It is competitive among students but it is also a good place to cultivate your skills and learn medicine.

Course curriculum is great. I had to do a lot of fieldwork in the course like you have to go to practical settings with real patients, which is expected in the MBBS course. This is good, but sometimes your day can get a bit crowded.

There are job opportunities after you graduate. You need not worry about this, as MBBS degree will guarantee you a job at any medical institution, whether it is a clinic, hospital or private practice.

The fees for the entire duration of the course are 6,84,000 rupees per year which means over the 4 years your total fees would be over 27 lakhs for the course. But a medical degree is usually a bit expensive.

I had a lot of fun with my extracurriculars. There is pretty good infrastructure here, and you can take advantage of the resources like the labs and the library which is available here. Plus, there are college fests too.

When I applied to this college, I first had to take the NEET UG entrance exam as you are required to take this exam as per the guidelines nationally. I was also eligible because I opted fro science stream, and got more than 45% marks.

The faculty is really experienced with the way they teach. They provide us with a lot of time to prove how we have learned material by giving us opportunities to apply our theory in our practice with them.
