Remarks

It is a great college with great many facilities.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course curriculum is good and it was up to my expectations. I learned many new things and most importantly, I learned to be bold and confident with the interaction in the class. There were regular class tests and the course was society and student oriented.

Placement Experience

3.5

The college provides some placement options. With good marks one is bound to get a good job.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is okay. The students can also apply for scholarships provided by the government and get the monetary benefits from there. The fee is worth the facilities and academics provided by the college.

Campus Life

4

The college has a group of extra curricular events planned. Many annual events are held and workshops and regular debates are held. Many sports events are also held. the students participate in these events with great enthusiasm.

Alumni/Alumna

the seniors are good. they are helpful and caring. They help us with the assignments and exams. They share their study material with us.

Admission

I heard about the good academics of this college from my friend's sister. I went to the college to check for myself. I talked to the Councillor and after getting all the details I decided to give the entrance test and got selected.

Faculty

4

The faculty was excellent. they knew when to be strict and when to be friendly. They taught us moral values along with the required course topics. Their classes were interactive as well as informative.

Pre placements starts from 4th year and post placements too happens as those who remain to get any placements are also assisted. Law jobs are anyways less so percentage of students getting jobs is also quite less as batch size is also 100+.

Placement Experience:

My college has an average placement of 6LPA. Placement eligibility starts from the end of 5th semester, but when I got promoted to 5th semester, placements declined due the the restructuring in placement cell. So our batch missed the opportunity to attend any placements. In year 2022, the highest placement was around 22LPA and in year 2023, it declined to 9 LPA as there was restructuring in team. After getting my degree I will look for carrier opprotunities on my own, as I have not experienced any placement in my college years.

Corporate Law is a subjects but no corporate placements as law firms were the sole contributors of our university. They gave as many placements as 30% students were placed and that too with very thin packages. So, university needs to fix this just like they have fixed every single thing at the campus.

Placement Experience:

Placements for Law are not comparable to the tech courses so far at GLA. Every year combining BBA LLB and BA LLB around 300 and I don't think even 100 are placed. So, GLA University will have to find a way to get atleast half the students find placements here and because I know my chances of getting placements are slim, I will be opting for doing LLM after I am done with LLB in 2027.
