Remarks

The College is an all-girls college with a principal who manages everything well and keeps the college updated. Teachers are very knowledgeable and helpful. They provide educational and overall guidance to their students.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

1. I chose the college because it helped me in pursuing other academic courses as well (Company secretary course) and with the help and support if the teachers I was able to complete my B.Com along with my professional course. 2. The faculty to student ratio is well balanced. 3. Teachers constantly update their knowledge as well.

Internships Opportunities

4

It is up to the student as to where she wants to carry out her internship. The same is discussed with the teacher who guides her and even helps her during her period of internship. Although I have not taken part in the campus selection few my batchmates have participated and are well placed now.

Placement Experience

4

There are compulsory internships that students have to do on which they are assessed. Faculties from other colleges come to take the VIVA.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees is as per the standard in the city. Girls from districts around Jabalpur have enrolled themselves in this college and getting better opportunities for education, accommodation, extra-curricular activities and even placement.

Campus Life

4.5

There are various types of fests and other activities where students and teachers participate in whole-heartedly. Sports and NCC are also encouraged and all the scholarships related to it. Highest scoring girls' names are entered in the merit list of the annual journal. There is a huge canteen, library, computer room, etc. Facilities for commerce and science students.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

The hostel facility is good, clean, and nearby. Girls are supportive and easy to get in touch with studies

Placement Experience:

Placement at SKITM are decent and improving year by year . Students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester. Reputed companies like TCS,wipro , Infosys and some emerging firms visit the campus. The averages package is around 3-4 LPA ,while the higher goes upto 6-7 LPA in some cases . Around 60% students get placed , especially those who have good technical skills and communication skills. The college also provide basic training and guidance for placements, which helps students prepare for interview The college provide some support, but it is not enough for high - paying jobs, so students need to prepare on their own.

Placement Experience:

Placements in my college are very good in one sense but okayish in some other. Many companies visit the college but only some of them are good and if one loses opportunity in some top companies, then only low paying companies remain. Students become eligible for college placements after 6 semester. Some top companies visiting for placements include, Goldman Sachs, Databricks, Google, Zomato, Amazon, etc. All of the students in my branch have received their offers except one or two, who will receive it eventually. Highest package this year is 1.04Cr INR and average would fall around 30L INR. Percentage of students getting placed in my branch is around always 100%. My plans after a degree is to work in industry offered to me by my placements, but even if I don't get on campus placement, I would be seeking out off campus placements and I am positive, I'll be in good place.
