Jyotirmoy School of Law, affiliated to the 'University of Calcutta' and registered by 'Bar Council of India'. Admission is taken by entrance examination of the University of Calcutta for five years B.A.LL.B course, and merit list is published after the examination. It takes almost three months to complete the procedure of admission from June to August. The campus is situated in a completely natural environment, lush greenery, and homely atmosphere especially the college canteen. It has Moot Court Room, Library, Legal Aid Clinic The college takes initiatives on Environment Day, Yoga Day, Republic Day, Food Festival. The special interest of all the students is in December, which is ANWESHAN an International law Festival as well as college annual fest. Course Curriculum Overview
The faculty members and nonteaching staffs are so friendly with the students and enough importance is given to individual students. B.A.LL.B is not only a professional course but it also opens a huge opportunity to a student. there are many sectors and fields on which an individual can choose with sufficient skill and knowledge. The entrance examination follows the general pattern and subjects, i.e GK, GI, QA, General English.
