Awesome Place to gain Knowledge

My overall experience while studying in IndSearch has been Awesome and Excellent, I would definitely want to recommend the college to anyone who would ask for the same.

Internal College Entrance Exam (IndSearch). It was the good and reputed college for the course that i had opted for, so went to the same.

The course was very god and gave a very deep insight and knowledge about the Human Resources and Personnel Department. Indepth knowlegde was covered in the course as it was a complete specialisation.

We had good companies where students went for their Internships, for Eg, Crompton Greaves, Bajaj Auto, Alfa Laval etc. Stipend depended and varied from company to company.

Placements were also from very good and reputed companies not only in Pune but also from Mumbai and other places. Most of the students had got the first job through Campus Placements.

We had a lot of Events - Birthday, Saree Day, Friendship Day, Annual Day Celebrations, College Day, Faculty Day, Freshers Party for the newcomers, Farewell Party for the Final Year Students and many more such events.

The Fees structure at our time was feasible and not as expensive. We had the fees payment structure which was very student friendly. We never faced and issues or stress in paying the fees

Not Applicable - I had not availed any such facility so I am not aware of this particular section of Scholarship or Loan Facility.

We always had a lot of activities going on throughout the year. We had company visits, working knowledge through these visits, computer lab to work on projects. We also had sports events and cultural events.

At the time when I had joined and studied, we did not have the Hostel and the Mess in our college. But later, I think they have started and we know that they are good.

I am in touch with few of my seniors and the alumni meets that keep happening too. We have made good network through all of these and share the best practises in our fields through these networks.

Exams were not hectic. Those were well planned and gave us enough time to study and prepare too. Good faculty and Good Library facility.

The best Faculties that we could get were here, who not only gave us the teaching in class, but also would often arrange for company visits and field visits, which helped in understanding the course curriculum better.
