Remarks

Good faculty for teaching the varied courses. Bad aspect is about the 75% attendence. Admission process is simple, students can go to college and talk about the procedure. I took admission due to positive feedback from passed out students.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

I selected this course because i wanted to know all the aspects of doing the business and also it would help me out in learning practical and theoretical knowledge. Faculty to student ratio is 1:15. The teachers in the college are well qualified and experienced. The exams were conducted in a timely manner and the results are also given quickly.

Placement Experience

4

From 3rd year students are eligible for placement programs. After getting the degree i want to apply for job and then after 1 year i would apply for MBA programs.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees is okay for a middle class family. The fees is increased every year and for the new students there is procedure for discounts for the first year upto 18%. After that the fees is charged from students with up to 10% increment.

Campus Life

3.5

There are many fest and inter and intra-college events throughout the year such as technirats, in which mostly all the events are held. The books of all the courses are available in the library. The classroom have separate chair for every student and there are fans and lights only. There is basketball, volleyball, cricket, etc ground in the campus.

Other Applied Colleges

Jecrc | B. Com

Because it was not convinient going to college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum of bcom course, in which i am enrolled is not much relevant, I have learnt literally the basic of accountancy in my 1sem, something that was taught to me in class 11 itself. And yes, The curriculum does not prepare us for real world problems or projects. Curriculum is very old and irrelevant that a student can't even find a job i market after graduating from our college. Exams are held on irregular timing every year, many times they get postponed for no reason. The difficulty level of exam is not much, Exams are easy to pass. You just have to fill the copies, rest work will ne done by the examiner, whether the answer is genuine or not ????

i choose b.com because curriculum was relevent to my aspect, the curriculum is preparing me for my future studies is good but it is quite outdated in terms of todays world, so i would suggest 1 improvement to it, add new chapters and remove old boring chapters from curriculum. there and 6 to 8 months of gap between each semesters and they are quite tricky.
