My best days of study

One thing what i learnt in this college is professionalism and i miss my faculty in this college. Most imporantly external faculty who also teach in IIMs.

I had given MAT and scored 89 percentile. I chose this college because my brother had studied here and heard a lot about is faculty.

My course curriculum was as per requirements of industry standards and the courses thought gave me indepth knowledge across the fields of Finance, Marketing and HR.

I had applied for my internship in Bajaj Capital and it was a very good experience in terms of learning about investments and stock market. Got a chance to meet many investors who trade in stock market on daily basis and gaining knowledge from them was a good experience. I was not given any stipent but i was reimbursed travelling expenses.

Out of 150 students in out batch more than 70% of them had got placements and some had opted for entrepreneurship. Placements happened in companies like Kotak Mahindra Bank, HDFC Bank, ICICI Direct, Naukri.com, Genpact, Bajaj Alliance etc.

Managment fest is conducted every year on a national elevl and as much as 30 colleges attend the same. In addition we also a have of seminars on different topics of business such as Retail Industry, Commodity Trading etc.

The fees i paid was Rs.6.5 lakhs which included Adventure trips and a global trip. It also included a laptop and blazer given from the institute. Global tour was for one week in which we had been to Malaysia and Singapore.

Our college had offered students with a chance to do one semester in Poland, Germany or France with our associate institution and the same was with an extra cost of aroud 2 lakhs.

My college had really good Library facility and computer lab. We had annual sports meet every year and also a cricket tournament organized by students. Our day used to start with News and stock market reports everyday in first hour of college.

We had both Hostel facilities and PG facilities. Hostel fees was 80000 per year and rooms and food both was very good. Rooms were on twin sharing basis and for a PG rent was Rs.5000/ Month which included food.

The is a alumni meet conducted once a year where we get to meet all our fellow batch mates and seniors and its a really helpful networking mean for us. Its also a base to showcast our own product or brand to others.

We had semester System and exams were based on prctical experiences and case studies. Exams were to test ourn practical knoledge first and analytical skills and last was theory.

The faculty of my college were with Industry Experience and complete knowledge about the subject they thought us. The faculty gave us both theoretical and practical knowledge of the subjects.
