College Review

The college is very neat and clean and regular proper study is done to make the student punchual.

I am currently pursuing B. com and the quality of teaching is quite good as teachers makes the things easy to understand. Curriculum are very well maintained and updated and includes all the recent developments in the field. There is great interection between teacher and students and the focus to taught us well. We enjoy learning and it had great experience.

Placement at GITM is path breaking. In my branch, almost 90% of the students get placed. This year, the highest package is 42 LPA from Microsoft. The average package at LPU is around 6 Lakhs per annum which is very decent. College provides us all the platform and support for us.

There are many events our college held like yearly college fest, krishna janmastmi, holi, diwali and many big and small festival and events. All the students have the opportunity to participate in these events and also have the chance to win prizes and fame.

GITM is not very expensive college. This is the college for middle class family as well. It is in the reach of the middle class. Actual course fee of B. Com is 65000 per semester but since I got scholarship of Rs 40000 PA, my course fee is 55500 per semester which is still slight expensive. In GITM, you will develop many things besides academics like learning to play piano in DSA, running any student organisation etc.

Yes college provide scholarship opportunities to students and students get full benefit by applying the scholarship. The eligibility for scholarship is that the student is very good at studies with attendence above 75%. The students have to fill the form and verification is to done to get the scholarship.

I am very much satisfied with the campus life at GITM. We often enjoy a lot of music concerts. The gender ratio of female is less than male. However there are students cime from all parts of india. Campus is very sound and safe with the securities belonging from Indian defence. Also, there are a lot of CCTV Cameras in the campus which makes it a very safe campus. Extracurricular activities and sports are performed at regular interval. Labs are well maintained and experiments are performed regularly. Debates and play are also performed at my college.

GITM has a good infrastructure spread over an area of 150acres. What not is not there in GITM? Literally Everything. LPU is a campus where all the buildings are up to 10th floor. There are 3 boys hostel and 2 girls hostel which have capacity to accommodate 10000 people at once. There is a big playground in the campus. Laboratory and library are very well maintained. Living spaces are quite clean and mess facility is also good but there is slight taste problem.

The alumni network is very good the give us update on the new job and placement. The senior students are very kind and helpful. The give us directons to acheive the goal.

I opt this course because the course has higher possibility to get a reputed job. The college facility like library, playground, hostel and the teacher staff made me to opt this college. Firstly I had some paperwork after that I have to submitt some money and that is it.

There are approx 2080 lectures in my course. The teache are well qualified and experienced with age approx 30 to 35 and all have achieved there higher qualifications. The taught is very well with the help of models and charts. They clear all the points. Yes they made us visit to the nearby industries to learn things more effectively.
