My college

If anyone really wants to be serious about studies, I don't think this college is for them.

Honestly I don't much like the exam pattern and conduction process. About research there is not even discussions about something related to research. In my college all they (the lecturers) intend to do is to teach the syllabus according to books only, infact they want students only to cram the theories or something likewise written in the books, which are also not the standard books.

I don't know much about placement or companies visiting the college, because only final year students attend such events. But I don't think some well known companies ever visited here.

For cultural festivals there are Jhankar festival, youth festival etc. some events. For technical festivals here only science projects making competitions. Cultural festivals are good and enjoyable. For Science festivals mainly the students who have participated comes.

Fee structure is quite feasible. They accept cash and bank drafts fo payments of fee. The fee-breakdown is transparent and explained on the website of university. I doubt there are no any additional fees/charges to secure an admission to the course.

I'm from general category, for my category there are nearly zero opportunities to avail any scholarships. So I don't know much about the scholarships and their applying procedures.

Gender ratios are not very good but there is about 1/3 or 1/4 girls of total students. Student parties are very rare events. I haven't seen any workshops as I'm here for two years. There is not very much cultural, religious diversity.

There isn't any hostel, as all the students are from local villages and Bhiwani city itself, so they don't need a hostel, as they can arrive here in morning by local transport and can return to their home by the same.

Yes, they are good in nature. They are quite helpful to the juniors. But I haven't personally experienced such an interaction which has affected my experience.

In the admission process these few steps are included 1. Filling online form for admission through online portal of higher education haryana. 2. Candidates are shortlisted on the basis of their 12th class marks. 3. Shortlisted candidates have to get their documents physically verified by carrying original documents to the college. 4. After documents verified admission fee is collected by college lecturers and given admission slips.

There are atleast 4-5 lecturers for every subjects, but only few of them are realy worthy to teach students or to lecture the classes, as the rest are often unable to clarify the problems related to syllabus, asked by students. There age varies from about 30 to about 65 or 70. There hierarchy isn't always based on age factor.
