Overall good College with good staff. Bit far from the City.

Average quality syllabus. No focus on practical knowledge or experience. Industrial requirements are not met. Just theoretical knowledge and memorizing. Exams are also based on memorizing power than knowledge of the students. But its Universitie's fault.

Placement faculty is useless. Placement drives were few but I got a few calls after passing out. Companies which come have low packages.

There are many events throughout the academic year. Social and cultural activities and abundant. Infrastructure for the same are also provided. Music, Fashion, Dance and robotics are available but they are not taken advantage of by students. But these activities are not take on inter college competition.

The fee structure is good. Not very expensive. Underprivileged students have government subsidies. Which brings down the cost to less than half or even to 10% of the total annual fee. Hidden charges are minimal and affordable. Only downside, the fees are accepted in cash onl.

Yes, Government of India as well as Government of Maharashtra grants scholarship for underprivileged students.

There are many extracurricular activities and events. Specially Computer Department had lots of them. They were good and had an awesome time participating in them. They were spread across the year so there were no down times. Sports activities were fewer than others.

No alumni network just alumni fees are taken for no apparent reason. Alumni event is conducted every year but rarely something useful comes from it.

Centralized admission process conducted by government of Maharashtra. Average College close to home. Good staff and structured programme. Admission process straightforward on www. dte. org for all universities in Maharashtra. Affiliated to AICTE and comes under Pune University.

Faculty is okayish but still most of them lack knowledge and don't clear doubts. Lots of politics within staff members thus rendering the good professors to leave. Some professors are extremely helpful and informative. Student favouritism is a crisis there.
