MY REVIEW ABOUT SIBAR PUNE

I found SIBAR as a very good college that act as a runway for students to lift their carrier.

Course is designed in such a way that the students get to know about basics of management and its implementation in our day to day life. Teaching at the institute is so much regular, staff has very good subject knowledge and skills that they will make you understand each and every concept thoroughly in very effective way. Lecture rooms and premises is very cozy that makes the environment friendly for students.

There is a special team called as PLACEMENT CELL that brings various organizations for campus recruitment. Based on the intake capacity and job openings, there is a process by which every job aspirant has to undergo and that process is improvised every year. There are good number companies that comes for campus recruitment and there is wide array of domains they cover right from software to mechanical, pharma to financial etc.

Along with study and other study related seminars and tours, SIBAR enjoys and offer its students various occasions to showcase their talent and special skills. By arranging cultural programs, SIBAR provides platform to interact with successful people and talents from various industry background so that students can get to learn positive lessons from them. SIBAR also organizes industrial visits to manufacturing industries and ports like JNPT to help students understand the actual work premises.

Program fees are reasonable as per government norms if the admission is through government selection process. Fees are to be paid as the demand draft. Few cast category students do get scholarships and other waiver in college fees as per government norms.

Scholarship is offered to special caste students as per the norms set by government. Such students have to submit certain set of documents to college.

College keeps on arranging guest lectures and visits of ex army officials so as to share their experiences and importance of discipline in life. There are also few sessions the college arranges so as to brush up personal values such as dinner table etiquette, effective communication and etc

There is a hostel facility within the premises of the college. Mess facility is also provided nearby the hostel. There are certain restrictions for students living in hostels in terms of entry or exit timings and behaviors.

There is a crucial role played by alumni to offer campus placement and internship projects. Students can even go for winter internship projects through good references

Got admitted on the basis of my rank and score in entrance examination called as MH-CET for MANAGEMENT COURSES. The college was allotted through Centralized Admission Procedure or CAP round on the basis of my college preferences for various management colleges across Maharashtra

Teaching faculty are well equipped with theoretical as well as practical knowledge that helps them to make understand the various concepts of subjects to the students in very efficient ways. Lecturers are student friendly and they seemed to be always ready to help students. College has good access to books, journals, articles and online data. Library facility is good in making the study material available to students as and when required.
