Entrance Preview

43,431 rank in EAMCET. And not got seat in near by colleges. So selected to join in tamilnadu. Near kancheepuram and joined TCET college.

Internships Opportunities

For me no stipend, there are fewer local people will get that stipend and also very useful for them during the study period and helped them a lot for those people .

Placement Experience

There is no placements in 2007 ,but there is much demand outside for the people who completed B.E in Anna university in banglore Hyderabad and Chennai. Till now it is same for freshers .

Fee Structure And Facilities

Not much expensive ,as usual and 50k per annum,including hostel and also few rooms having computer facility also in the hostel rooms there is no building fees etc during those 4years.

Campus Life

Work shops are very Gud and make to female ratio is 70:30 and no issues .Hostel parties are quite common and we enjoyed a lot .

My College Experience

Placement Experience:

From 6th sem onwards students are eligible to attend the placement drives. companies like Amazon , tcs , Accenture, cognizant, sonacomstar, nissiki, valeo, Cap Gemini visit the campus. The highest package offered was 41LPA by Amazon and average package was 4LPA.

EDUCATION WITH SATHYABAMA

Placement Experience:

There is many opportunities given by the collage placement they give training. For placenta and they have some fees structure for placement and that I have paid 2 times 12500 for placement training there are no of opportunities and many companies give good offers for students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is good...but it is better to have present skills to be learnt ...it is all university fixed curriculum that cannot be changed otherwise all were good to know about basics and good sib knowledge

Aspects Of College

Placement Experience:

The placements of the college are very good. The studentrs are given oppertuties and are given chances for comapnies such as amazon, Wipro, JP morgan and such that have a great CTC and a large number of other companies including startups are also available. If the student is interested in entrepernership then the startup cell funds for the ideas of students. There is a seperate higher studies cell for students who want to pursue their higher studies and are given guidance to what steps are to be taken by educational fairs and such

Average College Experience at Sathyabama

Placement Experience:

Placements in my college is good. Average salary package is 5LPA. Companies like Amazon, JPmorgan, Virtusa, Accenture, HCL, Valeo, TCS and other major companies hire many students here. I heard more than 90% students were placed.

Placement Experience:

Campus placements in our college usually start from 6th semester. Students are regulary trained for placements from the 1st year both in aptitude and coding skills. Certain branch students receive training specifiically in their own field Most of the students get placed in IT-service based companies like TCS,CTS,Infosys and Accenture. In recent years students have got placed for Marquee offers in big prodcut based comapnies like Autodesk, Amazon, MIcrosoft and Goldman Sachs.

Not a topper but a good learner

Placement Experience:

In my department, placement will provide in the final year. In pre final year they provide internship training to the students. Nearly 10 to 15 companies gives placement in the core sector. It's packages are 25k average. For non core like IT, minimum of 20 to 40 companies will visit to the campus for placement. It's average package will be 35 to 45k.

About the placement of colleges there are many compromise to visit to college respect of different departments and the placement start as well as internships when they student enter final year. Percentage of the student getting placement where is from department to department but maximum student gets placed at the end of the year.

Best in Natural atmosphere

Thiruvalluvar college is an awesome college for those who not enjoyed their school days. There would be always fun in staying hostel inside the college campus. Especially during sport days, it would be tremendous activities go through. Students are motivated and trained to live outside after completing the degree course.
