Remarks

The college is good in the academic aspect but the college should start participating in intercollege fest again. This helps the students to build a social network and more exposure in managerial and social aspects.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The course is in accordance with the mumbai university. The college is dte & nba approved. The college has given me a lot of knowledge which has helped me in my future endeavours. We also had the opportunity of a one month internship course after 3rd year to give us an insight of the practical world. And the college also gave us the opportunity of industrial visits.I also got a job in a MNC through campus placement.

Placement Experience

3.5

Multinational Companies like Umang, Ipca, Bharat serums & vaccines, Cipla, Fresenius kabi, TCS, Nestle.etc come to the college for internship amd placement process. Atleast 85% placements is guaranteed but the college Strives to ensure a 100% placement. And the students also went through a mock interview rounds to prepare for the future company selection processes.

College Events

2.5

Events like orane(annual day) - sports as well as cultural is celebrated every year in the college premises. Scientific events like techcrunch and national seminars where experienced people from the industry ckme for lectures. Other events like freshers party, farewell party and convocation ceremony is also conducted. The college no longer participates in the biggest intercollege fest for pharmacy graduates,i.e, Rx.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The program fee is 1.32-1.4 lacs for a year,i.e, 2 semesters. In all, the course is of 4 years. The mode of payments can be DD, cash, cheque or bank transfer. Some relaxations on the fees for ebc and other backward classes is made. The college also offers a Rs. 25,000 scholarship per year for the minority(muslims, sikhs & christians) students. Additional fees for admission depends on the selection process & criterias set.

Fees and Financial Aid

I was not eligible for any scholarship. Scholarship of an amount of Rs.25,000 was given to minority students (muslim, sikh, christians) annually. The procedure for this was just to fill the authentication form given by college and have a bank account in the specified bank name provided by college. Also some scholarships are also provided for females whose family income is less than 6 lacs p.a.

Campus Life

3.5

The gender ratio was relatively equal,i.e, equal no. of males & females in a class. Since this college has a hindi Language minority, the no. of muslim students in the college was more as compared to others. There was no discrimination based on gender. The labs were according to the standards of PCI.

Alumni/Alumna

The college seniors are very good in terms of imparting guidance to the juniors. They were very helpful in guiding us and giving us an insight of the corporate world.

Admission

1) Give the MT-CET exam after 12th. 2) Fill the DTE form. DTE form is mandatory for CAP round process. 3) Wait for results and name in the CAP rounds 1,2 & 3. 4) Then you will be called for interview or selection process depending on the marks. 5) Also, there is a hindu minority quota in college.

Faculty

4

Approx 20 faculty members, 1 dean & 1 technical director are there for the education purpose. Most of the teachers are Phd graduates while some are M.Pharm graduates. The teachers are very diligent with the students and the knowledge is provided with complete clarity on the subject. Yes, the lecturers also encouraged us to participate in scientific events for certificates and acknowledgments.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did this course as a backup plan when failure in neet. Faculties are good at teaching but some new teachers are like nursery teachers. Students are about 1k overall in college. Faculties are sufficient here. But not polite teachers. PhD faculties are also there but they have no good teaching techniques. Exams are semester-wise after 5-6 months. Exams are not a cup of tea for everyone. You have to study hard in this course.

Admission to the B.Pharm course of HKCP is based on MHT CET score. The institute offers seat reservation but does not allow direct admission.
