Remarks

The college is very good and it is a value for money types of College or I can say the ROI turns out to be even more because of the personality development which it does for us.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

The course curriculum is actually the USP of this college because we are taught with the best examples and relevant topics. The curriculum is up-to-date with lots of presentations, role play, case study so that we get a complete conceptual understanding of the chapters we are studying. We have lots of extracurricular activities every Saturday which is fun-based plus it also gives us knowledge like we have HR club activity, finance activity etc. We have travelled to places because of the opportunity given to us by the college. We had a number of industrial visits.

Placement Experience

5

Placement is very good as we came to know from our senior friends, companies like HDFC, BYJU'S, Indusind banks, Decathlon etc came to our college. The average package which students can expect is 5lakhs annually, and if they are really talented they have opportunities to get 12-14lakhs annually also. So there are opportunities it is on us how we crack it. We have to go through a series of steps like aptitude test, group discussions, personal interview. We don't have a special part of the year when we are trained on these steps to crack but we have learning round the year. A demo setup is also created which is called the boot camp championship where students can earn certificates and trophy by scoring highest marks in gd, personal interview etc. All these are taken by our faculty members only. We have aptitude classes right from the beginning. We have news analysis classes, gd classes, PI classes.

College Events

5

We have many events like every Saturday we have HR activity or finance or marketing activity. We have a very big event called blaze where participants from different college come and participate. We have marketing warfare which requires real world marketing challenge. we have boot camp championship.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is very relevant and feasible. Including the food and hostel charges, it is 6.5 lakhs. Other than this we don't have any hidden cost, in this amount only we are given many certificate courses. The mode of payment is NEFT and no cash payments are allowed.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

No, I didn't opt for any educational loan but if anybody availed it the process was very simple and easy.

Campus Life

5

The campus life is very good as we are only 60 PGDM students with a big infrastructure to walk inside. We have a gym where we can go in the morning and evening even. There's a games room open till 8 'o'clock in the evening. The gender ratio is more or less 50:50 only. We have Freshers party and on some Saturdays, we have DJ parties, we have paratha night, every Saturday we are taken to watch a movie of our choice in the coffered

Hostel Facilities

5

We have a single occupancy room which has a washroom attached in it. The rooms are really awesome with the option to fit AC with some additional charges. There is a mirror plus a study table chair with a cupboard. Our rooms are cleaned daily by the maids

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors are really very interactive and helpful. They never behaved like seniors and guided us throughout with notes, personal problems, or whatever the case may be.

Admission

PGDM is more of practical knowledge where the syllabus is also up to date according to the current scenario. I actually got into the college through a counsellor and then there was a telephonic interview after which I got a call and selection letter. The interview questions were based on management studies.

Faculty

5

We have more or less 10-12 faculty members all of which are PhD holders. They are very clear with their thoughts and concept and so they give us a clear understanding of the topics. They take every effort that each of the students is well versed with the topic. They teach us from the very basic level so that we have a clear understanding. We are taught with enough examples so that we can apply those knowledge in the real world.

IILM gives the best accomodation facility, with good academic interactive classes, great collection of books in the library, has various facilities like stock trading room, computer labs etc. As talking about the placements, it’s fine though it could have been better for streams other than marketing & sales. As HR, finance and operations students were striving for opportunities.
