Entrance Preview

Tamilnadu entrance examination. I attended counselling based on the 12th and entrance cut off and chose this college. I was intrested in electrical and electronics.

We didn't have any intenship offered in our college.

The placement was good. Most of the top companies visited for placements like Infosys, tcs, wipro, keane etc.

Campus Life

The campus life was good. There was lot of Personal development workshops were conducted. Cricket was the major sport that the college represented.

Exam Structure

The exams was conducted by anna university. Most of the times it would be a hectic day.

The faculty was nice Qualified for teaching. Most of them have completed their master and phd. Very helpful and friendly. Explains lot of practical stuffGive more importance to Practicals.

This is the best college overall

Placement Experience:

Students are open to campus placements from 2nd year onwards. There are many companies who visit such as Delloite, Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, Amazon, NatWest, Nokia, etc. Highest package offered is 42 lpa and lowest is maybe 2-4lpa. Around 90% of students get placed here. My plans is to get a job through campus recruitment. Currently I got an internship through campus recruitment in Cognizant so the recruitment is quite nice here.

Placement is very good. In my class around 60 - 58 peoples are place in MNC ( combination of core companies and IT companies) remaining 2 persons not optin for placement. They have own plan to attend government exam. Wipro, CTS, goldman sangs, amazon, qualcom, texas instruments, teminos .... So on

The admission process for this college includes clearing exam TNEA for bachelor's and for masters TNCET exam needs to be cleared. I got admission into BE through qualifying TNEA exam. The score in class 12th PCM should be atleast 50%.

There is no entrance for this college.I am from andhra so there is no entrance exam they take from 12th marks. And the eligibility of the course is 60%per in 12th. From the application form we have to visit the college,there is no application fees and the admission dates will be announced in the college website. Acoording to the cast there is a reservation benefits for tamilnadu people. There are 8 semisters through out the course and for every sem there are 2mid exams and 1model exam and the semester exam. The duration of each exam is 3hrs. And the difficulty level is moderate. The admission fee are very different for every student so there should be a fixed amount....Read More

I have applied in SSN Engineering college but the college fees were more and so I didn't join in that college. so I have joined in RMD Engineering College. I have availed through Government Quota. The selection process for the college is online but the verification process is online. They verify all the certificates such as Transfer Certificate, Marksheets and all .
