Remarks

Sharad Institute is best, emerging and well known institute in Kolhapur district. As executive director Dr. Anil Bagane maintained good relations between Student-Parents-College. Institute has good infrastructure, well equipped laboratories, play ground, bus transport facility and wifi in campus.

Course Curriculum Overview

We belongs to DBATU university. So, our syllabus designed by DBATU is very easy to understand and along with that we had some extra projects for each semester. Professors of SITCOE are highly qualified and supportive in nature for students.

Many companies like TCS, HGS are visited our campus for placement activity. In 2019, our 305+ students got good job in various companies like TCS, HGS, Wipro and most of the students went for Mtech in prestigious colleges in India.

College Events

Campus life is mind blowing. SITCOE has received "Best Green Campus Award in 2019" for planting 1000+ tress, and using electricity saving appliances throughout the campus. College has own solar system for electricity. Many societies who works under each department organizes national level events every year.

Best Engineering college, excellent placement, and best opportunity.

Placement Experience:

Placement are best of D Y Patil College of engineering and technology kolhapur. After 6 th semester you are eligible to do internship and give interview for job offers. Highest package offered by company is 64 LPA and it is Adobe . Minimum packages offered are 6-7 LPA . approximately 70-80% of students get placed on campus. Companies that come to college for hiring are Adobe, juspay, infosys, gpay, google, amazon, microsoft etc

Placement Experience:

Students generally become eligible for campus plaecments from the 6th sem onwards. Companies that visited ourr college are TCS ,EagleBite , Mahindra, Softanic, etc. Around 10 to 15 offers were made . HIghest package was 7 lpa lowest packsge was 2.5 lpa average package was 3 lpa Profiles include software developer, business analyst,product developer etc I plan to pursue a job as a software developer.

Nice curriculum in my cource in first year 6 subject are there which are maths chemistry physical engineering drawing and mining geology classes and approx length of each class is 55 min which is nice

Insights of DYPIU

Placement Experience:

Since i am just a first year student, i dont have any real knowledge of placements here. So i will just tell you what i am aware about. Talking to few of the seniors made me realise that placements are not that strong here. But still the average package is 5LPA and the highest package offered is 27LPA. Percentage of students getting placed is not much. My plans are of trying for off campus placements if not placed on campus.

Repetition and ranking one ki reason for student my chosen won college or another is over all repetition on ranking of the institute for example a college that is well regarded specific engineering field example computer science civil engineering might be more attractive hi ranked college of 10 have better is resource strong faculty and breadth aluminium network.
