Remarks

I chose this college because it has a promising exposure. The college is known specifically for BAJMC and hence the eagerness increased. I opted this course after a practical thinking about my abilities of good orating and writing skills. So I believe it's best when passion becomes your profession.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

My course syllabus was very much up to date and as my subjects included still photography so students every year are taken to a photowalk to a particular decided place and then there is a photo exhibition which takes place. Not only that as a student of health communication we also did a covid drive which included awaring people and providing them with the hygiene accessories. And hence every subject is supported with a practical experience.

Internships Opportunities

I am currently working for an NGO (Lakshhaya Society) as a digital fundraiser and as a stipend I get 20% of the funds raised by me.

Placement Experience

4

I am in the first year of the college and as in this newly awaken era of covid19 is not letting the explorers to explore hence this year the campus placement program could not take place. But we were given professional classes with a famous personalities from the movie industry Mr.Amit R Agarwal who was then willing to bring movie making firms to visit our campus for providing internships.

College Events

5

The college provides a real involving atmosphere where we are taken to attend various events, so that we understand the inner environment of the field. Every year there is a fresher's party for the new comers following with an annual college fest "Unmad" and then the University fest "anukung". And every student tends to participate in any of the many events conducted.

Campus Life

3

The infrastructure is quite modern, with two computer labs, one radio lab, one post production lab, one video lab and fully wifi campus. With addition to that there is allowance for the students to issue camera equipments and camera itself for personal or project work from the college. The library is quite big with a huge stock of great books. The campus possess 2 canteens.

The college has really more to do with its placement cell because students are not getting opportunities as they expect. The companies which come for placement drive are from limited domains and they also offer very normal package.

Placement Experience:

The placement cell of our college is functional and active. The chances depend on the course that you have opted for. The placements are really good for commerce, economics, Maths, Stats but for the other department's students it might be a bit challenging to find a company of their domain. The students become eligible to sit in placement from 5th semester. The companies that visit my college are Godrej, BCG, McKinsey, Nation with Namo, Blackstone, Accenture, KPMG, EY, citibank, microsoft and Amazon etc.
