College review

The college experience is good. The faculty is good too. But the campus is small as compared to other colleges.

So the 3-year course is divided into 6 semesters. Every semester consists of 3 exams namely mock test i.e. Mcqs, internal exam and university exams. In Mcqs there are multiple-choice questions. The internal exam is a type of premier university exam. University exam is the main exam. Every semester there are workshops held for the personality development of students and every year there is an industrial visit arranged for students.

Every year there are a lot of companies visiting our campus for providing jobs and internship to our students. There are a lot of companies visiting our campus for recruitment. There is a 70% chance of getting a job at this university. There are many companies providing internship programs for 2nd-year student and also provide industry visits.

Every year there are two national managerial fests namely image and Umang. In which image is the best of them and colleges from different part of the country are invited in this. In the image, colleges take part in managerial competitions and fest which is the best. It's the type of fest in our college at the time of the image. Everyone in the college works their best for the fest. There is also an inter-college sports fest and sports day in our college.

The 3-year course consists of 6 semesters. Each semester has a fee of 18000. There are also scholarship programs for the bright student. And international collaboration programs who's fees vary according to the place. There are also additional fee or rupees for ongoing events held at the college.

Yes, there are scholarship programs in our college for bright students who excel in their studies. The minimum to avail scholarship is 90-95%. Actually, I dont have much idea about the scholarship program.

Our college is gender bias. As I have spent 3 years in this college there is no ragging at all. Campus life is good we have a canteen it's the main place for parties and all. To discuss the political situation and current affairs. There is only one party that rules on our campus which is NSUI.

There are no hostels in college. The average rent of PG's around the area is 8000-10000. There are a lot of PGs around the college area and also many market areas it is considered as one of the hot-spot in Ahmedabad.

In my first year, the third-year students were very helpful in every way possible. Had a good experience in college because of our seniors.

BBA was a new course then. I wanted to try my hand at new things so I opted for it besides being a science student I didn't have much idea of commerce subject so it would have been foolish of me to choose BCOM. That's why I opted for BBA. Glsbba was a reputed institute at GLS University and it had been privatised that year too. Everyone recommended me to join this institute so I got to the help desk heard about the program they were offering I liked it a lot so filled the form with my merits and a week later I was selected on the basis of merit.

Basically saying faculty is great. They are ready to help any student in need. They all held degrees and are expert in their respected field. Some of the faculty also held a PhD and also have industry experience. Every faculty is unique in their own way.
