My College Review

In my opinion, college has very less tution fee. It's an Average college

Lecturers only taught us theoretical knowledge. They even don't have the practical knowledge to taught us. They just read the books or copying the problems on the board from book. Industrial visits are arranged by us only. College didn't take initiative.

Sometimes college brought placement company to ece department. Either internships or placements provided to our department.

Our college holds technical symposium, workshops and cultural functions every year. Every year they will bring some celebrity for cultural functions. One time Vijay TV Gopinath came to our function. Usually functions are held in grand manner. Cultural functions held for 2 days

During counseling, 5000 rupees had been paid to reserve the seat in chosen college. Remaining tution fee will paid at the time of admission. No additional charge or fees are paid. In terms of fee, college provide complete transparency. 5000rs had been taken as demand draft. At college we have pay in cash mode only at the time of admission

I didn't opt any educational loan. But I did get the minority scholarship from 2nd year. I got 12000as a scholarship for 3 years

Out of nearly 450 students only 10 girls in our department. There wasn't any tolerance with regards to gender, ethnicity, race, religion, sexual orientation, politics and economic status. There was no diversity among the students. Workshop were done by the respective department.

I opted hostel for first year only. Then I moved out of hostel. Hostel don't have enough rooms to accommodate all students. So we moved out. We rented a house. Rent was 5400. We stayed 9 members in that house

They held alumni meeting once a year. But they didn't actually help us in terms of placements. Alumni members came to give us speech.

Through engineering counseling. Tuition fee is lower than most of the college. I got 190.5 engineering cutoff mark in 12th examination. So I got the college through merit list. I called for counseling on the third day. Then college admission occurred at July end

In our mechanical department there are 8 lecturers. All are well qualified in terms of academics. They lack practical knowledge. But they didn't care to teach properly. They don't have any industrial experience or certifications. They all just curious to complete their PhD.
