My Life at My College

I gave JEE Mains exam in 2013 and scored 114 which was low from cut off marks for JEE advance, but I wanted from my childhood to be an engineer.I took direct admission in Global Institute of Technology.Yes, I had to clear the interview for taking admission in this college which was taken by chairman of our college.

Engineering is one of the popular course in India and world too. I choose this course on my basis of interest in electronics and its component. This course has many carrier basis scopes. After this course there are many scopes like job, entrepreneurship, govt. services etc. which makes this course helpful for everyone in his/her carrier.

Yes, this college provide internship in the form of summer internship program after the end of 6th semester. The general stipends are based on the company and its criteria. I have not experienced it yet.

The placements and job opportunities in campus is very well as there are many companies which are connected to the college for placement. Name of the some companies which are connected with campus are : Tech Mahindra, Genpact, Persistant, iGATE, NEC Technologies, Daffodil software, L&T Infotech, App Perfect, Metacube Software etc.Packages of these companies are based on there selection of student.

There are some scholarships available which are provided by government are given by the college, but there is no scholarship which is provided by the college. Loans are available for students.

College life is the best part in life of a person and campus life in Global Institute of Technology is too good. The gender ratio in about 60 boys : 40 girls. In this campus there are lots of fun as well as study. Many events are held in campus as considered above and also many seminars, workshops, conferences and debates.There is no diversity and tolerance with regards to gender, ethnicity,religion, sexual orientation, politics and economic status.

The Alumni Network and connection with senior students is very good. Senior students have an important roll in college life. All senior students have friendly nature to each and every junior student. They help in every field like study, sports, fests etc. as an elder brother or guardians.There is no raging system in the campus.

This college is affiliated under Rajasthan Technical University so the exam structure is based on university. Basically there are two semesters in an year and each semester has two mid-terms, one internal practical exam, one external practical exam and one theoretical exam.Beyond these exams there are some class test also taken.

Faculty members in college are selected on the basis of their qualification. All senior faculties have done M. Tech or M. Phil or other master degree. All faculties are associated with an particular subject for an year and also there are some other faculties for help.All teachers have their friendly behavior with students and they are well prepared before attend the class about all the topics.
