B.Sc at Pioneer College

The curriculum deal with the techniques and theories of chemical systems. Organic chemistry is an important part of our course. Physical chemistry, inorganic chemistry, and analytical chemistry are given equal importance.

Various recruitment drives are organized regularly for final year students to get the best jobs with appropriate packages. The college also motivates us to participate in various workshops for the enhancement of our skills.

The College offers courses under a self-financed scheme permitted by the affiliating university adhering to the rules of University. The fee structure is feasible and is in accordance with the norms set up by the Tamil Nadu Government.

Various skill oriented programs are organized for our benefit. NSS, Rotaract Club, Quiz Club, Science Forum, Circle for Knowledge Drive and Associations of the departments help to inculcate the soft skills such as leadership quality, team spirit, ability to manage any crisis situation.

Being a science background student, I scored 93% in my 12th class state board exams with PCM. After that, I applied for BSc chemistry at Pioneer Kumaraswamy college by filling out an application form and I got admission on a merit basis.

The faculty of the college is really responsible and apt for their jobs. They are really effective in teaching us complex things in a simple and understandable way such that our concepts remain clear.
