Remarks

Very less no. Of students attend classes. To be honest there are times when there wouldn't be anyone in the class. Literally the whole class would be empty. Only at times of exmas would our college be filled with students and that's when to we get to see new faces and realize that they are our classmates

Course Curriculum Overview

3

Exam structure is the same like most of college offering graduation courses. There are 2 internal exams conducted each semester and the paper would be out of 25 marks. Marks of 2 internal would be combined and then added with the semester exam to get a total of that particular semester

Placement Experience

2

College itself doesn't provide internship but it lets students doing articleship a concession i.e to skip 1st lecture. Regarding placment, college hasn't yet had any campus recruitment or anything of that sort

College Events

3

College offers a lot of scope for the students to enroll their name for various curricular programme offered. Our college holds various fest and program and most of the students attend it because that's something you cannot afford to miss out on

Fee Structure And Facilities

Feasible. Our college fees altogether comes around 23000 which is feasible for most of the people and they also provide concession for the families that cannot afford to pay the amount in one go so they let them to pay in installments

Fees and Financial Aid

Our college offers scholarship for most of the students that are good at academics and also good at sports. It also offers scholarship for the students that belong to backward class so that they can afford the college fees

Campus Life

2.5

Our college offered courses only of commerce streams so there wasn't any lab or anything of that sort. Our college focused more on the students that were good at sports so the they could bring honor to college by winning a trophy. Strength of women is more when compared to men and our college is very unbiased, it doesn't differentiate between boys and girls.

Alumni/Alumna

To be honest our seniors weren't that great because they would barely attend classes. They also lacked behind when it comes to entertainment and having fun in the college. Most of the alumni would come to the college and give their thoughts and share their knowledge with the students and also their life experience which basically helps the student when they leave the college after graduating.

Admission

Since i was pursuing CA alongside graduation,it was better for me to join an evening college. That would let me do articleship during daytime and college in the evening. Admission into the college was like most of college. The cut off set by the college was 90%. Anyone above 90 would be admitted into the college

Faculty

3

Faculty of the college are very knowledgeable and understand and try to clear the doubts that students face. They try to grasp the attention of every student and make them to make the best of it. There are very less amount of times that a faculty would be absent

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 5th semester. Our college has a dedicated placement department that really guides and supports us through the whole process. Big companies like Deloitte and KPMG visit the campus every year, and since I’m doing B.Com + ACCA, there are plenty of great opportunities in finance and accounting. Last year, around 8 students from the B.Com batch got placed in finance roles. The average package was about ?6 LPA. The best part is that placements keep getting better every year, and the college has maintained a 100% placement record. They’ve even tied up with foreign companies, which opens up more global opportunities for us. After completing my degree, I plan to build a strong career in finance—hopefully starting with a reputed company like Deloitte or KPMG—and later explore opportunities abroad.

Placement Experience:

The college offers placement through the COC (Career Opportunities) cell. Students become eligible for placements by the 5th Semester. The companies which come to hire include the Big 4s, (KPMG, Delloite, EY and BCG), Fedral Bank,TCS, etc. Almost 70% of students opt for higher eduaction so the less number of students get placed at the UG level at least. I am personally figuring out which path to choose but I have placement in mind at the end of the degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My specific aspect of the curriculum that influenced my decision to choose the course is the ACCA along with Bcom. Most importantly the 9 paper exemptions provided that gives flexibility in the context of studying. The curriculum is well corporate and real world oriented. They prepare us on how to face the real corporate world through their curriculum by conducting different seminars and workshops.
