Remarks

All the points I covered above in respective questions above but I can still rate 7/10.And I can recommend for the above average and good students to get over there. For the students who want to be more innovative they need to be encouraged.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

As we already know studying electronics and communication engineering has some advantage where we can choose either IT or core domain when coming to job perspective.I really enjoyed a lot in my learning and also the subjects which I have studied throughout my graduation.Exam will be conducted as per Anna University norms when I completed my graduation. But few days back I heard they had got autonomous structure so exams will be conducted within the college as per their norms.

Placement Experience

4.5

Placements and job opportunities are pretty good and we cannot say it's too bad. They try to place almost all the students who have cleared all the subjects and arrears students too in some companies.I got places there during my 8th semester and now I'm working there. It's been 2+ years.

College Events

4

Cultural day and symposium which we celebrate in our college.Even I participated once in dance competition :) It was good but they don't give much importance to these kind of events and they don't want to waste students time in extra curricular activities. But still some students are there out of their own interest to participate actively in these kind of events

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is feasible in my point of view.Because we don't have any additional fees.Mess and transportation is not compulsory.I have not took transportation facility from my 2nd year of college. To be frank I didn't get any educational loan to pay my fees. That much feasible I can say. When coming to fee structure I will surely recommend 100% to anyone who wants to study here.

Fees and Financial Aid

No I didn't avail any scholarship from college. But I was offered scholarship from govt where they provided me 20k concession on fees every year for the first graduates. That is the only thing I availed.I didn't care much or seek for any additional scholarship apart from this.So I'm not much clear in this point

Campus Life

5

Lab and sports are good but I don't know much in sports prospective.Every apparatus will be available in labs and there will be no shortage. In all departments the lab facilities will be good. The only thing I felt is they will get breakage fees from all students even if nothing broken or damaged.

Alumni/Alumna

I don't know much of the senior students but some people I know where they provided me some tips on clearing and preparation for campus interview process. And sometimes I asked for notes or books which they used in previous years.

Admission

Anna University Counselling.Where we will be having cut off marks from 12th standard. This college has some standard and expects some decent marks to be eligible to select via counselling. The toughest courses to be placed in thia college is being electronics and communication engineering and mechanical engineering course where we need some higher cut off to get seat here.My cut off mark was 173 and I chose electronics and communication engineering.

Faculty

4.5

Faculties are good in teaching prospective where we can clear out and get the degree easily. The only disadvantage which I noticed is practically not strong in any of the out of box projects and learning out of box is less which I feel. They need to motivate students in such a way that apart from the syllabus they can train and encourage students on the practical innovative projects.
