Remarks

Good college. At Sinhgad institute of technology, all faculty members are good. every faculty is present in this college. They are always ready to give proper guidance. Labs are well maintained and every lab is available in this college.

Yes, I have got the post matric scholarship, Prerna in our college .I had got 3000 rupees in a year . As our course is of 3 years so we have to do the form fill-up for the scholarship then we required that.

In Sinhgad institute of the technology alumni network is also available. Some alumni provide scholarships to encourage students for their projects. Senior is very good and also there are no signs of ragging.

Admission

By giving the merit list and money receipt. In the administration office. After that, a signature is required . After the student's signature, the parent's signature required.then one of the antiragging form to be filled.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

The moderate college of engineering in pune , with moderate fees and good environment.

Placement Experience:

the placement structure of this college is mainly on the tech branches. the placement varies betweem 3 to 5 lakhs on average, annually but if are choosing core branches like mechanical, civil or electrical or entc then you can expect low from it. College do offers insdustry obesrvation and siteseeing tours. These activities are for core branch students. the companies visited in college are TCS, WIPRO, INFOSYS, for IT sector and core branches companies like BOSCH, ULTRATECH CEMENT, TATA TECHNOLOGIES , do visit for campus recruitment. The highest package was placed by a student of 45 lakhs in 2022 and another student of 22 lakhs. the percentage of placement for 2024 batch was about 70% to 72% for overall placement record. after getting degree i will persue the job in pune and stay updated on ladakh civil job vacancies.

Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

I applied to many colleges and as it was during the covid time , i was restricted by my family to take a college nearby my hometown, this was the best college available according to me if we consider the overall aspect, the other colleges were WIT solapur and Orchid but they lacked some of the facilities, In Wit there is no proper teaching and they dont pay attention to all students and in orchid they dont provide proper placement assistance support.
