Remarks

College management is very good. All departments are working with coordination. And this is one of the best college for MBBS in mp.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

It is a medical institute. so in MBBS there is 4 proffs. in each prof there is different subjects. Which were taught by experienced faculty. And different clinical studies are also going in hospital. clinical posting is given by schedule. And patient exposure given. How to treat and behave with them. For post graduation there lot of classes arranged by the facilities to secure place inn post graduation exam after completion of MBBS. Many hospital visit community visit organised by the college by buses time to time.

Placement Experience

5

Almost 80% students get admission in post graduate examination held after MBBS. And also placement is very good. all the doctors got placed in it's own hospital. By giving interview which is held at college level. you can get placement. And there is many vacancies per year. and most of the students get pg seats in great institute after MBBS like in AIIMS and other delhi hospital.

College Events

5

Sports events, anually cultural programme, and welcome party, convocation ceremony, farewell party, Holi celebration, Diwali festival and many more events is organised. Yearly research event also organised. They are very big event. many celebrities are called to take events. Dance night DJ night Fun fare also organised by College.

Fee Structure And Facilities

My annual fee is 35000. But now it increases. now 1 lakh per year. can be paid by online and by DD. 2500 per year additional charge of LFA and sport's. Yes College provide transparency in breakdown of fee.no there is no additional fee to secure the admission. admission is by counseling process online.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes College gives scholarship on the basis of exams performance and on the income basis of family. About half of the tution fee will be provided as scholarship.

Campus Life

5

Almost 50-50% gender ratio. Cultural events sports events are organised by College and all students take parts actively. There is no religious or race discrimination. Strict action taken by the authority. And also ragging is zero percent. Zero tolerance about these activities.

Hostel Facilities

Yes. Hostels room are very clean and well ventilated. sharing rooms between 2 people. seperate bathroom. 24hr light facility. WiFi also provided. All hostel are newly constructed. Mess available in hostel itself. pure water supply. And for drinking there is r.o water supply. 10000 rent per year only.

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors are very helpful. they provide books and notes to us. They give valuable suggestions. And also teach us. They taught how to behave to the seniors and to upcoming junior. I'm very glad to have these seniors. They give us parties. And treat us like there younger cousins

Admission

I give neet ug exam of medical entrance test. Then according to the rank counseling is conducted by MCC. and I got admission by counselling. Exam held in may first week. results declared in one month then counseling starts after 20-25 days and College classes started from 1st September. I choose this College because of good infrastructure excellent faculty and teaching. Good quality hospital. And better clinical knowledge.

Faculty

5

All faculty of the college is very experienced and helpful. They give all required lectures which is useful to us. And give clinical knowledge time to time with theory lectures. By lecture we got full orientation about the topic and can read it at home comfortably. Many faculties have experience of famous institution like AIIMS. Many books are available of our faculty all over India.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This curriculum is one the few best developed ones which provides real time problem solving at an actual working facility. The medical college is a part of a tertiary care government hospital to provide , train and allow students to apply the knowledge acquired to utilise to treat the patient under the supervision and guidance of the faculty cum doctors at the hospital. The student feels the pride and responsibility of becoming a doctor and the special attribute the profession holds as a life savior of the society. The curriculum is constantly under modification and scrutiny under the nmc with several reforms over the past decades. Few aspects where more improvement might be done is the more clinical teaching at the initial years of course., which is currently started from 3-4 year. The exams are held often frequently with an internal assessment every 3-4 months followed by a pre- university and university exams each year. The exams hold a difficulty level of above average, making only the ones genuinely preparing for it to pass the exam. The passing percentage is 50 for each exam individually for practical and theoretical exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

MBBS is a professional course and you do need skills to treat patients as it may become a matter of life and death. The teaching curriculum is as per the guidelines of NMC which is a central body and consists again of great doctors with reputation all over India. So, I don't really think that I can really suggest any means to improve that.

To do something great for mankind and for society influences me to join mbbs. Cbme is new curriculum of mbbs which more focusing on clinical skills of a student. Areas of improvement is cbme includes integrated learning but most college don't follow it so nmc should be strict for it. Two sessions exam in year and pre university exam and final University exam this exam includes both theory and practical and these are difficult for you if you're are not study through out the year.

Course Curriculum Overview:

MBBS is a professional course and gives one responsible work for life. There are many reasons for one to choose MBBS in their career line. GMC Khandwa is affiliated with MPMSU (Madhya Pradesh Medical Science University-Jabalpur). Faculty in every department is well qualified and experienced. Student Teacher ratio is quite good in college. Although the college is newly opened in 2017 and started students intake in 2018, there are some departments in which some faculty members are required more but are not sufficient due to slow recruitment. But I am very much sure that this loophole will soon be filled as being in pioneer batches, we have seen the growth and development of the college in these years. So we believe in an ongoing process by management. Exams schedule is based on guidelines provided by MPMSU.
