Remarks
Some of the teachers are very inexperienced and they cant answer the questions asked by us. The teachers sholud be checked on regular basis and if needed they should be changed too.
Course Curriculum Overview
The exams here are conducted on semester basis. Some of the teachers are very good in their respective fields but some of them, in my opinion, have not much knowledge of their subject and they also do not take questions from student's side but the good and the bad teachers keep a balance. The course curriculum is just relevant and not research based.
Placement Experience
I don't have much idea about placements but as I have heard last year Google recruited one of the student.
College Events
Events are celebrated in our college. Cultural Programmes can be seen on 15 August and 26 January. Sports tournaments are also held every year in our college and other universities also take part in them. From this year some of the esports tournaments are also being hosted.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is feasible. The fees in course B.Sc(PCM) is almost 20k per year and 5k caution money to be paid once. Other than that no additional fee has to be paid to secure admission but for certain exams conducted by college like semester exams and some scholarship exams the fees has to be paid.
Fees and Financial Aid
No I did not opt for any scloarship or education loan. And the college do not offer any scholarship opportunities to students.
Campus Life
The campus life is not so great as the campus is not big as expected. Sometimes the scene becomes crowdy. The gender ratio is 500 boys per 1000 girls. The girls are in large quantity. The labs are good. Sports competitions are not given much value but are great in themselves.
Hostel Facilities
No I have not opted for hostel. I live with my family but according to my friends the hostel is nice. The rooms are good to live in but yes the seats are limited. The PG's near the college are easy to find.
Alumni/Alumna
We are not much connected to seniors but the for hostel students seniors are very much helpful. Sometimes we also get previous year papers from our seniors. We try our best to support our juniors.
Admission
The reason i got into this institution is because of it is very popular in this city and it is very strict and dedicated towards studies. I got the admission through an entrance test held in may every year. The reason that I chose B.Sc is because I am from science background.
Faculty
The lecturers hold a PhD and those who dont are pursuing it. The age varies from 30-50 years. Some of them hold experience but some lack it. The classes run regularly and the lectures are also in time. One lecture is of 90 mins. The techers which are not experienced lack badly in teaching skills and doesn't posses much knowledge but the other teachers are very well in their respective fields.
