The college is good for the profeesional course. Only for the sake of doing something if you are applying that will fill a seat of the person who is really willing to join the institute. Negative: The college has decided to increase the number of seats from 60 to 125 which will create a worse situation.

The structure is good enough to get a kick start into the field and is mandatory to secure a career as safety officer in Gujarat. Though the course is a bit outdated but can be improved with the new technologies.

The job placement has a bitter truth but now has substantially degraded as there are very few companies which walk in for the selection. Few companies called the candidates with Chemical and Electrical Engineering background in the last batch.

The college being socially active has many social events and technical event happening in the college itself. The annual day was celebrated last year with many acts including dancing, singing, mime acts, etc.

The fees are comparatively lower being a government institution. The fees included breakage of library deposit of ?1000 (which will be returned back) and ? 20000 of tution fees for two semesters. The fees are still lower than what other private institutions charges.

The loans for fees are not a question being very low and payable fees. Still the students can apply for loan at any banks of their choice. I personally did not availed any kind of loan facility during the curriculum.

MGLI library is very famous amongst all. Extra curricular activities includes sports, cultural events provided that they are managed by the students itself. The gender ratio is 80/20 (Male/Female). But now the situation is changing as more girls are looking forward for a career in this field.

There are hostel rooms in the campus itself but are not available now, they are only available for the dignitaries coming up for the seminar, events, etc. They are not available for the students. I stayed in a group of 4 in a PG nearby for which each paid ?3000

Yes, this college organises alumni event by alumni association of college by calling all the students from all over India and all over world by contacting them through call or email and they intract with their after college life with principal and trustees.

I got Direct Admission in this college without appering in ACPC due to short of time and also all the process hardly taken 1 hr to complete the process. As the admission department has no pressure. Within 1 week all the process completed from government side so no problem appears in future.

The faculty here is very helpful and motivating.they take keen interest in students problems and try their best to give the solution.they also helps us the go through new things besides the regular syllabus.
