Remarks

The best college for architecture in UP. I got admission after qualifying NATA exam. Good infrastructure and faculties are the best, experience holding faculties. For local students, it is the best choice for an architecture course. It is also good for cultural activities and workshop which increase your creativity.

Course Curriculum Overview

I am a student of B.Arch 4th year. Through these 4 years of my course in this college, I have learned so many things and enjoy my college life. Everything in this college become special for me its infrastructure, faculties, cultural activities, knowledgeable workshop, study tours, these all play an important role in increasing my knowledge in my career life. Every time you have a faculty to support you and teach you.

Class Size: 19Course Fees: INR 1 per year

Campus Life

When I was in the first year we played role in admaya (sports meet) we are in charge of decoration work, that fest become a memory for us, after that, we had a Holi fest called rangtarang and in these four years I have gone for 2 study tours and 2 NASA trip. In college you can also practice building construction techniques and learn about materials in the material lab, read books in library and get aware about new innovative works of the architect through magazines, an NASA room also provided for NASA practising NASA activities.

Admission

I got admission through UPSEE exam and also by qualifying the NATA exam. In the first attempt of NATA, I scored 74 marks then try another exam of NATA and qualify it with 88 marks.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As my father is an foreman at a constrution site and he always shows me drawings of their site which motivate me to make this type of drawings so i choose Architecture. Some things should change is course curriculum as some subjects like structures should increase their credits bcoz of a more struggle to learn like architectural design. Their is good timing of exams but more days to take whole subjects. it took almost a month to complete 9 subjects exams.

I would rate 4 out 5 as it is a hardworking subject or course. U need a good design skills and imagination skills and u have also aware with school subject like physics and maths. It is difficult to give exam of architecture as it use terminology .

Remarks:

This college is good for study purpose but not good for extracurricular activities or social life. This is a typical architecture school. Which only focused to the studies, Classes and attendance.

Worthy placements according to fees

I applied for many colleges like Jaypee institute in greater noida and solan, JSS institute but my score wasn't satisfying the criteria there and after that the best college i could find myself was this GL BAJAJ and GALGOTIA College i was getting admission in both but I preffered GLBAJAJ over Galgotia. I wasn't rejected in the other colleges they offered me other courses. The admission is done in 2 ways direct and counselling. Direct admission has fewer seats as it is done on the basis of ur score in PCM. In counselling UP students has more advantage then the other state students as there is certain quota for them....Read More
