Things were pretty clear and transperent regarding rules and regulations. The competition is so high that even if you score 10/10 cgpa, no gurantee of getting seat. Once in a life time oppurtunity.

Apart from normal academic courses, campus provides coaching in learning English and behavioural skills right from the intermediate course till the B. Tech including CRT training. Academic covers the depth in subjects along with right evaluation through the exams and practicals. Campus encourages students to do internship in top class organizations. That helps students to create a better profile that suits industry as well as research.

The placements in the college is the raising thing. Every year many companies come to our college and pick up many students who are eligible and having skills The tag line of our college is "think placement think cmr" it means it provides several trainings and every student are allowed to attend any interview. The students undergo several trainings fro their first year. Companies such as TCS,Infosys, Amazon,stardust, Byjus,and many more. Students gets selected through different platforms such as cocubes,TASK etc. The average package offered is 4 lakhs per annum, and the stipend which is given is around 15000 per month.

Antah pragyna is the largest techincal fest in telangana. Campus and students organises all kind of annual sports and cultural fests. Trinayana is cultural fest which includes all kinds of arts. These fests attracts the state wish school to college students.

The course fee is roughly 42k for B. Tech. The state government provides scholorship wavier for students. Very nominal fees as compared to other colleges. Every transaction will have a Reciept along with breakdown. Remedial and low attendance fees will be collected and late fees also collected.

The state government offers scholorship which will be sufficient for the college fees. College won't provide any scholorship. Except for govt employees children all other are eligible for state govt scholorship based on cast and income. Scholorship can be applied through EPass website. Very simple process.

Males to female ratio almost same 50:50. Evry oppurtunity is open for all of us irrespective of cast, creed and cash and other things. Nss and ncc provides very good oppurtunity to join. There is no raging cases as such was never happened. Very good harmony between students. Most of us from rural background and we're humble enough to maintain and lead a quality time in the campus.

The hostel rooms are very huge,each room has 10 beds and hostel also contains AC rooms for which you have to pay more money, the bathrooms are clean and tidy. The food in the hostel is delicious. It provides breakfast every morning,lunch in the afternoon,snacks will be provided after the college and dinner. It provides non-veg like chicken or biryani for 2days in a week and egg for 3 days in week.

We have an website for alumini. RGuBaa. And talks we're held for aluminum often. They were helpful for juniors and also their help in terms of placements as good number of startups by alumni.

Rgukt basar is one and only technical Institute in telnagana in which students are provided with laptops to access and learn the things. Admission will be based on the CGPA secured in the SSC. Online application has to be filled and short listed candidates will be called for certificate verification.

In the department of metallurgical Engineering we used to have around 7 lecturers who has expertise in different areas. Most of them were young faculty with age below 30.Among them Three faculty had Ph.D and rest we're M. Tech graduates all of them we're from IITs. 3 professor had worked in abroad for more than 5 years.
