Remarks

I had applied in this college and got enrolled because of there industrial exposure and the practical training skills.

Course Curriculum Overview

There are many courses in jims to study but i chosen Journalism as my career. The faculty at jim very helpfull and have very strong industrial experience which is helpfull for the students.

Course Fees: INR 1025000 per year

Placement Experience

For the placements of the students there is placement cell which work hard to get students enrolled in best of the organizations.

Campus Life

The campus life at jims is memorable for me and the main attraction of jims is the star night and outstation trips which make college life a real fun while learning.

Admission

If any student want admission in jims there is certain entrance exam through which they can get enrolled.

This college is good if you have better option like DU and IPU so go for DU IPU

Likes

Sagarpur campus facility are good and teacher was also good
College was do frequently activities for students
Events are also good and have girls hostel in college in sagarpur campus

Dislikes

The class seats are very uncomfortable for attend the class
some student ragging the innocent student
There was only one air conditioner in very big class which is not in off

Placement Experience:

If you are lucky you got internship or placement in first semester there was college uplaod google form for internship time to time in which student fill the form and lucky student got the internship and after getting the degree if college give you not placement you give resume for company you got good job from this college degree

Placement Experience:

Placement of our college is pretty good almost 80% students get good placement but at the same time its very important to know that you will get college placement at end of you masters as DSJ provides Five year integrated programme in journalism. If you exit your college after bachelor you might get placement from outside campus.

90? children getting tha placement. But i don't know how much but there is so many student . Who are doing very well in media field. If you are doing very well then very semester student are eligible for placement. My plan after getting the degree. I will go for internship in channel. And then I'll do hard work but i want to become journalism

Our college review

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for the campus placement after their 3rd - 4th semester. The highest package we got is about 300000 annually. As most of the students get placed in very good companies. After getting this degree I'm going to work in this field as I'm interested in video editing.

A new perspective

Remarks:

Our higher management was very strict and unnecessary non enthusiastic and were not open to experimentation. Our college would invest less on improvising more on increasing fees. No provision of hostel made it worst. The cource offered were good and unique but everything else was average

Great opportunities to explore the field

Remarks:

The teaching and the education part of this college is really appreciable and very useful. People are helpful and take interests in your issues bad the major pit fall of the organisation is the infrastructure and the locality. It is located in a very low area and surrounds are very bad.
