Renowned college for Pharmaceutical studies

The course curriculum is fully in line with the Pharmacy Council of India's defined guideline for a bachelor's level program in the domain of pharmacology. The institute is affiliated to Dr. M.G.R. Medical University and follow the syllabus laid down by it. As per the university the exams are to be conducted in a semester wise manner. That is in total 8 semester examinations are to be conducted in a 4 year duration of the study.

In terms of placement and job opportunities our institute is decent and you can't say that high placement rate of 80% to 100% exist. Most of our seniors got good job opportunities based on their own effort. In terms of internship as well one has to make things get rolling on their own.

The fees of a Institute is much like any other institute offering the program in the city. For the entire course duration the fees stands to be around 4 to 4.5 lacs. The fees is required to be submitted at the start of each academic year.

I applied for the scholarship offered under the national scholarship portal program of the central government. The platform offers post matric 10+2 scholarship to the students based on fulfillment of certain eligibility criteria. Incase one is not able to get the scholarship then educational loan facilities are offered by almost all the commercial banks in India.

To be honest our institute has not much for students when it comes to activities or extra curricular activities beyond acadamics. Just normal event celebrations like the Independence and Republic Day is done. However the institute has School infrastructure in face of spacious classrooms, well equipped laboratories, big auditorium and playground.

I applied for the entrance examination that is conducted by the institute for admission to the bachelors program. After qualifying the entrance examination I was allotted a seat in the B. Pharma program. After allotment of the seat completed all the procedural formalities to take the admission. Since one of my senior from school was studying in this college and recommended this so I opted for this institute.

Based on their teaching abilities and student friendly nature I can say that the faculty in our institute is quite good. Most of them have a doctorate level knowledge in their respective discipline and understand the fact that things are to be made easier in order to make students learn.
