Good college for pursuing Bachelors in Pharmacy

Syllabus and course curriculum that our institute follows balances all the aspects of the discipline. Disciplines like pharmacology, medicinal chemistry, pharmaceutics and chemistry are holistically covered in the syllabus we follow. System of examination that is adopted by institute is the semester wise system of examination. As per the system examinations are held twice in a year that is 2 semester examination in a single year.

Talking about the placement job opportunities the institute has decent record. The institute has its own hospital and pharmaceutical lab where students explore job opportunities. Apart from that campus drive is conducted annually for recruitment. Internship support is provided in the institute's own hospital.

Fees of our institute is on par with any other private institute offering the course at bachelor's level. For a 4 year program in the domain of pharma one has to spend around 4.8 to 5.2 lacs. The fees is to be submitted annually at the start of each academic year. The annual fee stands somewhere around 1.2 lakh.

As far as I know the State government of Tamil Nadu offers scholarship to meritorious student and student from reserved categories provided they are domicile of the state. Apart from this scholarship educational loan facility is offered by number of commercial private and public sector banks.

As far as extracurricular activities are concerned our institute doesn't provide much of things to the students. Events like workshops, annual seminar, meets, etc are organised. Apart from that events like Republic Day, Independence day are also celebrated. Talking about the infrastructure and facilities in the institute I can see that our institute has quite a robust infrastructure.

Admissions to the institute are based on the performance of the candidate in the entrance exam. I applied for the entrance examination and appeared for the same. After qualifying the entrance examination I got my name in the merit list and was thus allotted a seat in the college. The reason for choosing this institute was that it is a popular pharmacy college in the city of Chennai and is ranked well.

Professors in our institute are very experienced and have hands on experience in the domain of pharmacology. Some of them have even contributed in research and development in the discipline. All this is clearly highlighted India teaching process whereby then make sure that things are taught of the students in an easy to go manner.
