Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum was good for foundation knowledge. However there should be also focus on emerging technologies and syllabus curated around it. There could be virtual simulation and labs to help students learn technologies that are relevant for industry knowledge

Placement Experience

There are multiple opportunities for students to get placed. College support was less jn getting students ready for it. 60% or more is the basic criteria for many exams conducted by the companies offering jobs

College Events

Microsoft Student partner webinar wad conducted to stay relevant on Microsoft sevice apart from annual technology and cultural event. Many inter college competition were organised.Other than this freshers party and farewell was organised

Fee Structure And Facilities

It is feasible. Approx 30k per semester and there were total of 8 semester. Waiver were offered to students performing exceptionally in final semester by RGPV. SC ST,OBc also had some different figures applicable

Hostel Facilities

I didn't opt for hostel. College had its own hostel.Available on sharing and single occupancy. Rates are not known. Meals are made available in tie up with canteen and local vendors.it was first option to opt for students coming from nearby tier 3 cities

Faculty was not much experienced on the subject. Much emphasis was on book knowledge. No additional knowledge was shared about the topic. Neither the focus was from placement point of view. There could be visiting faculty from other colleges to offer broader perspective to students

Life Outside the Home

Course Curriculum Overview:

To be exact, the curriculum has to be improvised and structured properly for real-world needs. The structure is outdated, and the pattern is too. The industry-based learning is not being promoted at all, as per my observation. The timing for exams is not frequent, but the paper structure is the same as the old so very outdated for a growing economy like ours.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The syllabus is not updated so they need to update mean put only that subjects that helps atudents in there career.The timing of the exam that is from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm is not good at all it the time when all feel sleepy.

Great learning experience but placement could be better

Placement Experience:

Well the average package of this college is 3.5 lakhs and max to max 90% kd the students get placed in this college ..so I would say that the placements of this college is good but the average package is so low

Placement Experience:

The students get eligible for the campus placements from their 3rd year/ 6th semester of the program. The companies like - tcs, Microsoft, google,tide, and many others. And the no. Of offers made through the company are 30 for senior/junio/deputy manager approximately. The highest package for this program is 14 lakh for the senior managers per annum last year and the average package is 4-5 lakh for junior managers per annum last year . The approximate percentage of students getting placements every year is 50-60%. I have a plan after the completion of degree. I will start a startup based on farmers equipment and i am preparing for it from last 1years and i will start it after 1-2years of completion of degree.

Project Accident Prevention in hilly areas

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester student eligible for campus placement. Many companies visit in college like prism cement, amazon, wipro etc. Many offers they they give us. Above 65 cgpv will be eligible for campus placement. My plan after getting degree to get the job in construction field. The highest ever package is 18 lakh per annum.

A college for self study and aim big

As in my case, I am searching for a college which is in a calm place to study so I choose HCET over others as their campus is far from the city rush and calm area. The good thing about my college is that teachers are so helpful and the campus has all useful facilities like canteens, hostels, buses, etc. The admission process is simple to go through JEE mains exam and after that filling counselling or just visit the college and talk to teachers in counselling cell they will guide well. The only bad aspect of this college is that due to its located far from the city it's not easy to get the stationery product or other product of study nearby. I prefer this college if self-study is in your mind as its located in the best location to study as no distraction here. I didn't go through any blog as I belong to Jabalpur only my elders are also studying in this college they given me more than enough info....Read More
