Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course curriculum is really student-friendly as it helps and motivates the student to concentrate on the knowledge and not run after the marks. The exam structure is also not very hectic and it allows the students to score without getting much pressure.

Placement Experience

3.5

All students have to look outside to get a job. Many of my classmates were struggled to get the job after completing of course. No figures to say when there were no campus placements. I heard that few companies came for placements but all were call centre companies.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure of the college is extremely affordable and feasible, I feel. It's very economical. The fees are Rs 55,000 per annum which makes it Rs 220,000 in total for a period of four years which is not very expensive.

Campus Life

4

The college encourages students’ participation in various activities – co-curricular and extra-curricular – as a part of students' total education. Infrastructure for sports includes a meticulously designed badminton court which can be played upon day/night, equipment for cricket, table tennis, volleyball & other indoor games.

Hostel Facilities

4

The college provides separate hostel facilities for boys and girls studying various courses. The hostel provides spacious, clean and well-maintained rooms. Along with adequate arrangements for lodging as well as hygienically prepared food we also have sufficient security to ensure the safety of students residing in the hostel under the watchful eye of the hostel wardens.

Alumni/Alumna

There is no alumni network or association as such but the seniors of the college are white helpful, cooperative and friendly. They are very down to earth and help the juniors in all aspects from practicals to books to exam patterns and how to attempt an answer. There is no ragging in the college as the seniors are very respectful and friendly.

Admission

I appeared in the JEE Mains entrance exam where I scored good marks and came par the cutoff score set by the college for which I was shortlisted to take admission here. Moreover, my 12th marks were also par the criteria set for admission by the college. In this way, I got a seat here.

Faculty

3.5

The faculty of college was a combination of both good and bad. If I rate them on a scale of 1 - 5, 5 being Excellent and 1 being worst. My rating would lie between 1.5 - 3. Some of the faculty were not well qualified to teach engineering students. They just completed their engineering and joined as faculty.

Remarks:

The infrastructure of our college is of top quality. Facilities like classrooms, Wi-Fi, labs, etc, available in our college are good. Facilities are easily available to students. The library is too good for anyone to sit and study for long hours. Teachers in our college are very helpful, and they are always available to help us. They plan the schedule in a very effective way. Many teachers are PhD holders. They have good knowledge of their subjects, both practical and theoretical. The course curriculum is relevant, and it mainly focuses on what industry demands.
